I drove only about 10 or 12 miles, but it took 3+ gallons of gas to refill the tank to the 3/4 tank. You need to get some trucks that do not drink gasoline like beer.

Peter BI was dropping off a 6x12 trailer on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Their hours are 8-12 so I knew it was an after hour drop off. What I didn’t know is that the area to drop off after hour rentals was packed already. My wife and I had to move two trailers for me to somehow back the trailer into a tight spot next to a fire hydrant. Horrible drop off experience to say the least. I cannot say again how horrible of an experience it was. We should not have to move trailers to squeeze ours into the right area.

George HNo one was there at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Someone tried to lock me and my vehicle inside the gate without even to stop to see who I was or what I needed. The phone number on my receipt didn't work and the number on the handwritten sign for the storage place took 3 times to get ahold of anyone. It was the worst drop off ever.
Nicole TThe personnel immediately met with me, checked the trailer condition quickly and removed the trailer for me. It took less than 5 or 10 mi minutes and we were done! They were friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to everyone that needs a uhaul.

Kevin YThere is not a lot of space in front of the gate to drop off trailers. If after-hours drop off is available, maybe having more space would help everyone. Thankfully, we could get the trailer into a good position but more space to turn around and back up vehicles would really help.
