Very long rental process because it’s a towing company, not a u-haul center. They don’t have dollies or anything like that. I had to drive to another u-haul to borrow their dolly. Also no parking allowed during your rental.. just really inconvenient

JUAN GUTIERREZI got to location on Monday 8/30 at 9:00am and I was told that the site does not have a 15’ Truck that I wanted. I was advised to check in with the Uhaul customer service why the website indicated that they had such truck available. Now I am shocked to see a bill of more than $700 coming my way when I did not even take the truck from this site. I see the last 4 digits of the credit card used is not mine and seems someone is used my address and name to order the truck and no one bother to check the ID. This type of service is beyond poor to say the least.
Archford KubvorunoThe location and U-Haul rental itself we're both fine... The owner of a&d towing, however, was a bit standoffish and rude. I like the fact that it was so close to my home (walking distance) but if that had not been the case I would never go there again.

JIM WALTERSI had a good experience with the Little Ferry location I had originally reserved it at the Englewood location . I received a call from U-Haul telling me the location was changed to Fort Lee , NJ 1390 Bergen Blvd , when I arrived there was no one there, and no Van . Finally someone showed up and told me to go to the Shell station down the street. Over there they told me they had no vans to call the Main St location in Ft lee. They said they had no reservation and no vans . I called U-Haul after a half hour they told me to go to Hackensack. I get there and there is a van but no one was there. After another half hour on the phone with H-Haul they sent me to little Ferry where I was finally able to secure a vehicle . This took 2.5 hours . It cost me an extra 2.5 hours of pay I had to give someone that was helping me. This is unacceptable for a company like U-Haul . They gave me a $50 credit for the inconvenience but it cost be an extra $200 in pay I had to give to someone . Just not right
Eric SchweitzerPoor customer service from the owner upon arrival, also their website said I could rent a dolly w my truck so I added the rental to my order, when I asked the owner where it was he said “we don’t have dollies”. I told him it was on their website and he said “well it shouldn’t be”. You’re the owner, shouldn’t you be aware of what’s on your website? Van was fine, reasonable rate, but next time I will definitely use a different U-Haul location.
