Daniel JMultiple spots of damage to the truck, but staff marked them. Transmission was going on the vechicle, Should not have to be getting up to 400 rpm to go on a straight road to get to 30 miles per hour. This happened bot empty and loaded.

Philip LIf nobody has a car hauler local. Drive to Gray TN. They normally have excellent inventory. Plus great to deal with.

Brian SYou don't need to improve nothing at this specific facility. Instead, you should send other people from different location to train with them; specially when it comes to deal with customers.
MLA AWill not go anywhere else unless they don't have the equipment I need. Both individuals running this business are competent, given the fact that most Uhaul places have no idea what customer service is.

Bill BRenting with uhaul is always a good experience. The only thing is the way the pricing is set up. I paid $800 for a truck I used for 27 hours. I wish there was an option to *not* have to pay for 4 full days of use, maybe a pay for what you use kind of thing. Is there qnyrhing that can be done about this?

Buskila EIt's a very good company that was quick and easy and have their equipment ready to go and clean. When I was done I only booked 28 miles on it to get back they should be refund my money attitude hundreds of dollars she says a dollar now so I should get like 150 bucks back but that was really good to work after she thinks

John R6x12 trailers should be equipped with hitch jacks. Very heavy to even just lift off of hitch ball. Then they just drop to ground. Somewhat dangerous.
