I had to wait an hour to get through on the app. Nothing was working right. Feel I should be given a rebate. I would never use U-Haul again or recommend it to anyone.

I have rented U-Hauls for the last 20 years, and the ladies here at Acorn Storage was 3 of the most helpful and professional...and made renting a U-Haul so easy and stress free! DANIEL HAREThe tires were bald we were stuck in the mud until I could get someone to get me out. It was like 1 inch in. Also was not told there was no ramp when I asked. Had to keep it extra days until I got it out. Had to spend extra money paying someone to help unload because of no ramp.

RANDY INBODENIdk I drove truck 16 miles and put 2.5 gallons of gas in to replenish and put in extra as your advertisement says the 10 foot truck gets 10-12 miles to a gallon. Unfortunately nwas charged 6.50 more as they said it was filled more than what I put in it and didn't idle truck drove under 55 mph and if the check engine light is on the gas mileage won't even be close to 10-12 miles to gallon and that's poor maintenance on your part And maybe more current pictur.of.your trucks would be more easier as the truck was new in my description yet has rust and worn out tires on it.

Kern MolletThe truck leaked, didn’t have furniture pads and the truck had an electrical issue. My external lights flickered the entire time and the light in the truck bed wouldn’t come on so I was unloading in the dark. But the pickup and drop off after hours was easy and convenient.

Tammy HoltAcorn is a hidden gem in the U-Haul arena. They are very personable and very helpful to make sure that your use of a truck is great. I have used this facility many times and have had storage units at their location now for the 2nd time. As I said, I have used their U-Haul several times, but this truck is ready to be retired. Over 130,000 miles, a little rusted and runs a little rough, and even had the check-engine light on. I must admit, the truck did the job, never stalled, hesitated or gave me any trouble, it just knocks a little and sounds a little rough at start-up when it has been sitting. I am hesitant to give the facility or personnel any negative review, I would only say that if possible, they go ahead and retire this truck and let it go to a mechanic and let them use it for hauling used car parts. The truck WAS clean enough...just an old boy ready to go bye-bye.

Caterina Nicoletti | Overall ExperienceRental location and personnel were fantastic. The gentleman that helped with the vehicle warmed it up and pulled it to the front for us to get in. Location is excellent and easy to get to and even close to fuel. This would have gotten an excellent, except for the website (which has nothing to do with the Pick up/Drop off location). The website was difficult to access and we dropped off the keys without initially doing the "completion", which states that if you don't do the completion, then you will be assessed a $20.00 fee. We were able to complete the website after we got home, but it didn't "confirm" that it was complete. The Rental Location was absolutely fantastic, but the Uhaul Website isn't so great. The other point was that I confirmed a truck at the Massillon location. I then got an email from the North Canton Location on Whipple Road about 10-12 miles away. When you are paying $1.00 a mile that seems a little ridiculous. I originally wanted a 24 or 26 foot truck, but I wasn't approved for one for the Massillon location, so I decided that I could make two trips with a 15' truck with less miles than to rent a 26 foot truck and use 20-25 miles just to pick it up and return it, then another 10-15 miles in around town. I only used about 15 miles with the 15' truck. Lastly, the North Canton Rental Location sent me the email of the "change" of pick-up. I emailed them back DURING BUSINESS HOURS and they didn't respond. I emailed a second time and they didn't respond. I asked them to call me, but they didn't. I shouldn't have to call them to make sure they cancelled my reservation. Finally, I sent a stern letter advising that I would be contacting Corporate if they didn't respond and confirm that I had cancelled the reservation with them. I sent a 4th email / message advising that I wasn't paying for that reservation, gave them the reservation of the Massillon 15' truck, at which time they finally responded, I believe it was the next day. Very unprofessional office - North Canton, Whipple Road. You asked for a review, that's what you got. Have a great day!

Leah JacobCheck engine light was on in truck. Shift needle broke when I was shifting out of reverse to drive. If you hit a bump, the volume on the radio goes up. I drove a very old truck in desperate need of some TLC.

Dustin FredaThe van had so much dog hair and dog treats/food all in the back . I have a balloon business and traveling with my balloons in this van was difficult, as all the dirt/hair stuck to my work. The cab of the van also smelled so much of smoke.

Ellen JamisonThe issue I had was when I received the uhaul..the check engine light was already on and when I mentioned it to them they said it was an o2 sensor..the didn't seem worried about the fact I had to drive to Columbus and back..secondly the next morning before I even left massill the air was low in the front drivers side tire and I had to put air in it multiple times on the trip

TYRONE PARTRIDGENot sure what happen I did not check mileage before leaving on my contract it was wrong.I have reached out to customer service it said I went 1,1058 miles and charged me 350 when actually I went 58 miles have sent gas receipt and let them no mileage I did go.Hope to have resolved quickly.Have never had anything like this happen before rent periodically.

Roger Lloyd | Overall ExperienceI thought the 10’ box truck listed 3 passenger online. The truck only seats 2. The listing for $19.95 a day is a little mid-leading when there is a mileage charge along with filling the gas tank befor returning. Total cost approximately $120.00 for a 24 hour rental.

Chris PowellTruck really should have room for 3 people to sit but that's not really a complaint, just my thought. I do think the fact you have to make sure to add gas or pay a very high price per gallon is not right because you already pay quite a bit for mileage. But my overall experience was good. Was treated very well.
