Rommel FloresI was unable to open the lock to get the key, as I was trying the mobile Pickup process. I waited for almost an hour for the store to open and when the owner got there, he pushed hard on the lock and it did open, and it just said it was rusted so have to push hard. No apology, no concern. I then asked if there was a large vehicle available as the one I got seemed small. He quickly looked said nothing was available and said I had to keep what I had. Edward EUGENE POLLARDI would change the app in the return section to just give the information instead of "that was easy" customer comments or watching a video that starts with "download the app and login". I didn't think it was applicable to me and when the 2nd page said 'that was easy' from another customer's comments, I thought I was done so I just dropped the key in the box. It was only me thinking through it that I called in and had to close out the rental. The facility itself was a great experience as well as the call into the customer service dept. The app is a great idea but just needs a little clarity. Remember, we're moving, exhausted and not thinking at 100% clarity.... we need super simple. LOL

Kimberly HurtigMy reservation changed 3 times without me making any of the changes. It changed the pick up location the morning of my pick up. The guy at the counter was just like oh I guess everything must of been booked which didnt make since then that my original reservation would allow me to book at the original location. The new place was 30 miles from the original which added an extra hour to my day plus paying for gas. My reservation also went from $290 to $316. It also changed my pick up method to in person when it was originally mobile and the store was closed so that added an extra 30 mins waiting in the parking lot for the store to open. Lastly it changed my drop off location to nowhere so after I got done moving I had to call back and find a place that was available for drop off. Disappointed with experience as previous experiences have been good.

frederick meeksI would not use the app to pick up the truck in the future. Very cumbersome and delayed my move today by an hour trying to get the keys. The truck was great and the hired movers were very professional.

DANETTE MCCORTEverybody at this location was wonderful except that we were told to go ahead and hook up our own pull behind Uhaul. We had not done this before so we pulled up to have the trailer checked and we were told it was all correct and we were good to go. We were ABSOLUTELY not hooked up correctly and the trailer came bouncing off our hitch about 2 blocks down the road. Thankfully the chains kept it from totally smashing in to a car beside us and causing a major wreck. We managed to safely drag it to a side street and then call the rental location. They sent the manger out to reattach it properly this time. This locations definitely gets a do-better slip.

Nora HamdehOnline reservation experience was easy. First time trying this location, since inventory wasn't available at my usual rental place. Check in clerk was friendly & helpful. (Although I had to wait a long time in line because she was helping someone with a complicated rental. It would have been nice if the two other employees who were just standing around nearby could have checked me in on the other register.) Van was pretty new and nice with lots of modern features. The after-hours check-in process was kind of complicated, but I do understand that it's "for my protection", so I'm OK with that. Overall,,a good rental experience.
