Check engine light was on in UHaul. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Equipment was in poor condition. Had to enter my credit card info on the owner’s personal phone. The truck cargo area was filled with metal shavings that stabbed me through my shoes. Awful.

I was charged $15.00 for the insurance...If you look at ally previous history of renting uhauls I've never once purged it...today I declined it like always and I reminded me I would need to reimburse uhaul promptly and I agreed to not purchase it......image how surprises I was to see the charge? Seems sketchy to me
