I spent an hour and a half waiting for the lock box code for the truck, just to find it wasn’t there. I was advised it may be in the back of the truck, which I also wasn’t. I had to wait for a staff member to drive to the location only to find the key in the return box where I would never of had access to it. Incredibly frustrating and may likely never use the 24/7 truck share option again
