The staff was very rude and not helpful. They rushed us out of the there without properly hooking up our U-Haul trailer which almost caused us to have an accident that could have been fatal. They also overcharged us for our equipment.

Jefferey PGood folks on both ends. But we were sent a good ways away to pick up the truck/trailer. And, still had to pay for the extra miles that entailed. Bad enough to pass other locations and use up extra time.
