We have used this location twice. 1st time they tried to tack on the cleaning fee and we pointed out that the truck had been cleaned and they backed off. 2nd time we dropped it off on a Sunday, clean, and we got charged a cleaning fee. We won't go back.

William HI was able to drop the truck off after hours, which was good, but I was unable to upload a photo, the trucks lights wouldn't shut off initially, and the process of verifying location was tedious.

dartina CWe didn’t get our dolly. The was no one at the location and no one answered the phone the whole day. When either truck there was so where to park I was afraid to leave it where I did. I paid for a dolly and I should have had one but didn’t.

Albert OMy dolley was not in the truck and the trucks catalytic converter was disconnected. The lady at the front desk was nice and quick. Made it easy while in store. Just unfortunate the equipment I ordered was not on the truck making the move significantly more difficult.

Deloris HTrailer had a short in the lights. Owner would've exchanged the trailer if she would've exchanged trailers, but we didn't find out until after closing on a long weekend. Other than the lights, this place had amazing customer service!
