Angelica YThe truck was not fully checked in. Therefore the after hours button to check out the truck wasn't available. I was on the phone for an hour waiting for the truck. I was not compensated for this mistake because I was already co.pesated for their first mistake of not having the truck at the right location.they gave me 100 bucks for this and wouldn't give any more for this second mistake. On the way up, the check engine light came on and it started backfiring. Roadside was unable to fix this and told us to keep going, so we ended up driving it another 8 hours with the engine running horribly. All in all. A terrible experience.
Wesley RMajor drama with calls from UHaul representatives while I was driving through El Paso to change my drop off location which was very inconvenient nearly impossible for me to achieve, ie drop off my vehicle in another city on a day I was trying to get to a different airport. Transport service line personnel were terrible and unwielding

Heriberto EExplain cash deposits on one way trips to customers. This way there are no expectations when returning equipment to a different facility. No cash will be refunded. Check will be mailed to cover the deposit(s).

Donna BGas in tank mark was not correct and when brought to notice to the pick up personnel she Answered tell the drop off location!!!. what about drop off location is 86 miles away from Keams Canyon to Winslow please give the credit ? she sail talk to drop off location!!!

MARIA DWe did an oil, tire and water check as we do too any vehicle we rent. And Thank God we did cuz this truck had no motor oil. It would have taken road side service from Tucson and 1hr or so for them to come and put oil in the truck as per uhaul customer service. I went to buy the oil myself and we put it in and I was reimbursed from the location. Very nice lady. This truck needs major mechanical work before it gets rented again. The location was great and so was the customer service from Prisilla.

Elvira OHire someone who knows what they’re doing. I had to call uhaul central number to get price adjusted to what was quoted. Uhaul changed the pickup location 3 times with the final one being 71 miles away. Offered to add 2 extra days & 400 miles and then did not follow thru. I had to take 3.5 hours of my time and gas with no reimbursement- absolute bs

Luann ADid mobile pick up on a Sunday. Needed a dozen pads. No pads were on the truck. No one showed up at they posted time of 9am. Nothing said they weren’t open Sundays. Another business next door has a sign closed Sunday. I was moving one way. I needed those pads
DANIEL OMy total bill came out to over 160.00 when my rental was only 40.00, yes I kept it for a few more hours after I was suppose to return it but that should’ve been only an extra 40.00 maybe 100.00 total but 160.00, total rip-off.

Gonzalo II rented a trailer online to pick up/drop off in Rio Rico. The location didn't have the trailer so they sent me to Green Valley. GV didn't get the transfer so I had to call Uhaul and after many conversations they got a trailer in a location over an hour from me. That location was helpful. For the inconvenience I got to keep the trailer another day. I went to return the trailer but Uhaul had me returning it to Sierra Vista which is about 2 hours away on May 7. I was not aware of these changes nor did I agree to them. Uhaul customer service was terrible and rude. I called again and got a girl who was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend Uhaul. Their customer service sucks and you would be lucky to get someone who is helpful and nice about it.
