Make his sign and telephone number more readable! I tried dropping the trailer off twice in Warren, Arkansas. Then, I took the trailer to Monticello, Arkansas to try to turn it in. That branch would not take it. I finally found a telephone number for the agent in Warren, and he said drop it anywhere across the street.
