Amanda GI have already requested credit for having to use this pick up location. My original location did not have a functioning cargo van, so I was directed 12 miles out of my way to Georgetown. According to your website, UHaul has a $50 value guarantee that my rental equipment will be ready at the date, time, and location of the reservation. UHaul did not meet those criteria causing me extra time and expense. When I asked for payment of the guarantee via email, I received no response. The extra hassle of this reservation plus crickets when I asked for the guaranteed compensation leaves this customer with a sour taste in his mouth.

Denise PI like this location, the staff is friendly and helpful. I did not like the vehicle, a GMC van. I is hard to drive and very hard to get into the box without bumping my head, and I am only 5'7". NO fun when handling a number of items. I have gotten a Ford unit a few times in the past and like those much better!

Donald HThe van was a $19.95 per day rental, which is fair, but total cost was $45.94 debited from my account on Sept.17, and I was told that there would be a partial refund, of which I "never" received. I turned it in around 3:30 same day of rental, with same amount of fuel that was there upon rental agreement. Thank you! Don R.

Kimberly pI reserved an appliance dolly but upon arriving, there was no appliance dolly. Representative at American Mini Storage phoned another dealer nearby, Hogs Trailers, and I drove there after renting van and rented the appliance dolly. I should not have been charged mileage to pickup the dolly for which the online reservation indicated no issue when making the reservation. Frankly, I believe for my inconvenience as a customer, the ten dollars and taxes dolly rental should have been waived and dolly rental provided me free. Also, although pickup worked out, the mobile pickup didn't function but fortunately a Representative was present to complete and successfully complete my pick. The cargo van was new and very nice, worked perfectly for the task and it was a pleasure to drive and be in during the rental. Thank you!

James LThe truck had only a couple of thousand miles on it and ran great. It smelled of cigarettes, but it's not the company's fault. They were helpful and let me return the truck during off hours with no hassle. Highly recommended.
Rolf CI worked not recommended uhaul period. $19.95 turned into $98. I filled the truck up until it clicked twice. I was less than one mile from drop off. The gauge however would not go all the way to full so they charged me for gas. I even left the receipt in the truck. I explained to attendant. Nothing she could do. BS! I will not be back.
Micheal SCondition of the truck/van - issues with it pulling to the right - issues when breaking. Issues with loose steering.
