Kacey WFour units were broken into including mine. To find out there are no cameras in the back only the front. Also someone is supposed to check the premises before leaving no one called to tell me that my unit was broken into so how long were they not doing there job by checking units or property.to make sure they are secure. There are mice droppings in my unit to find a dead mice in my unit.They didn’t refund anything back to me after my property was taken from my unit. I would not refer anyone and very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Mark NRemote online pickup and return was unnecessarily cumbersome with incessant photos required and delays with the need for a verifier second point of contact that was not explained as a necessity beforehand. In addition, completing the rental online was dependent on cellular service, which was intermittent in the Uhaul location. This was, by far, my worst Uhaul experience.

Bill VDuring the check out I would like to have known where additional charges could be added, such as for ‘unfolded blankets’. I was blindsided by such a silly charge without any warning beyond having to pour over paperwork.

Susan GThis location was advertised online as being open on Saturdays until 4:30 pm and when I arrived just before 4 pm there was no one there. Another customer arrived just as I did and it appeared he was wanting to rent or obtain a storage space and he was disappointed that the location was not open as advertised online as well. This location should update its online site to reflect it's actual hours of operation so that customers can properly handle business and not arrive only to find the location is closed.

I had thought I had booked a rental for pick up on memorial day, but apparently it was for the next day, when I showed up to rent the trailer, there happened to be someone at the facility and he went ahead and rented the trailer to me so that I could do what I needed to do. The service was outstanding and I will be back!

Daryl PWorst storage facility ever. Wasp nests inside of unit . Only used the unit for a month and that was a month too long roof leaked damaging 2 TVs My grandmother curio cabinet and soaked my sofa.when I complained they said call my insurance co and file a claim. Why should my insurance co have to pay for their unmaintained facility. When I asked for the owners name the manager refused to give it to me. He stated that he would give him my name and number and have him call. Yeah right! If you care about your belongings pay a little more and save yourself a lot of headaches. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Beth T | Overall ExperienceStaff were always courteous and helpful. We answered NO to question 1 due to fact facility needs major renovation and/or repairs. The staff did keep the facility clean of trash etc.. The facility is in a prime location and customers are likely to pay a bit more if facility has newer units with wider road access. It was due to the narrow roads/accessibility that we choose to move to another facility, not due to location or the staff.
