KIRK VAUGHNThis isn't a complaint about the facility itself or management. My pickup was as expected and everything was in order. However, the UHAUL system needs to do better. I transferred my order to a Saturday and picked the location that had the truck I needed. The facility did not have the appliance dolly and regular dolly that was part of my order. I didn't find out until I was pulling into the facility on the day of the move. I don't blame management at this facility that they did not have the requested dollys. I do blame Uhaul. We had to scramble and find dollys that were reserved with your company and our move had to be delayed until they arrived. Seriously Uhaul. Do better for your customers and fix your system.

Tina GobleDON’T Use 24-7 within the uhaul app. It’s terrible. I had to wait 30-45 minutes while an online rep tried to contact an additional member of my family to verify ME. I recommend just using the manned help desk. Much faster. No delays!

Jamal Al-BureniThe problem was scheduling, not the location. I ordered a 26. I was then moved to a location an hour away (plus an $80 Uber) and got a 20 instead. How hard is it to tell me I had been downgraded? As a special bonus, I got extra mile charges because I had to drive it back to my house. These are simple systems issues. Inexcusable that they cannot be more accurate and transparent.

Hours of on hold wait time, talking to someone in Virginia, New Orleans, and North Dakota all just to ask a simple question. OMG when did Uhaul become a 4 letter word!!!
