Susan KAdvise if you're going to bill in advance. We were told would bill when returned and were bill on pickup. Then refunded over billing on return. We do a lot of rentals and were shocked with this. Felt like they didn't trust us.

Lisa MI would recommend this location, but the U-Haul experience overall was poor. The location I originally chose didn't have the equipment, so the scheduler directed me to another location that did. However, when I went to pick up the trailer, that location was closed and I had to spend an hour on the phone, then another hour racing around to get to a location that had the equipment before it closed. I didn't get the boxes I ordered, which created another problem. I was also told that I'd only be billed for two days since the day I wanted to pickup was a Sunday and everyone was closed. I was billed for 3 instead. I'd be very reluctant to recommend U-Haul to anyone, sadly. I've generally had good experiences, but for the next move I'll likely look at a competitor.

GERRI RDrop the truck off at 9:58 am when the truck was due back at 10am. then got an email at 11:23 charging me for another day. I will not be using u-haul again.

Thomas SI did rent a two axel car hauler trailer. The only issue I had was the front tire netting straps were barely long enough to strap in to the ratchet spool. I had to deflate the front tires for these straps to safely wing into the spool. And the front and rear safety chains were not long enough. Another 10 inches of tire netting strap and two more feet on each safety chain would be perfect. Other than these two things the trailer worked well.

Kimberly GOur only issue with the location was the van that we reserved was not returned so we were given the 10' truck and were told that we would only be charged the rate for the van since it wasn't our fault the van wasn't there. We were still charged the higher rate of the truck.

Robert FGas tank 1/4 full. I Had to fill up the tank all the way to be on the safe side and that cost me an additional amount of $50 for gas I did not use. Than was 3/4 full at completion of move.

Berry GWhen we went to pick up the U-Haul, the person who helped us was not a people person. Cordial but was a little rude. When it was time to get our truck, they wouldn’t walk out with us, told us which one it was then left. When we got in the truck, it was not clean, it had 39 miles to empty and the mileage was wrong. We had to spend a lot of money to fill the truck up when they aren’t supposed to leave the location without inspection. To top all of that off, the truck that was in the system was not the truck we were given so it was a hassle when we had to return it.
