MICHAEL DI wouldn’t recommend the 24/7 pickup to anyone! It was a nightmare and took over 2 hours plus I had to go out of my way to go to another location to end picking up my U-Haul which did have my dolly or moving pads .

Dana SWhen reserving equipment providing should tell you at time of reservation that they can or cannot provide requested equipment. I was making a long haul move and provider could not tell me if they would have the truck I needed until 3 days before my move date. I ordered 4 packs of blankets and they could only provide two packs. They also could not locate and provide an appliance dolly I reserved until I called U-Haul and complained. When I complained to provider I was basically told they were doing me a favor by attempting to locate the equipment I needed. They should have told me at time of reservation that they could not guarantee my order so I could go somewhere that could. It was a very stressful experience worried about moving a long distance on a time schedule and not knowing if I would have the trucks and equipment I needed. Also the tow dolly we rented had bald tires and by the time our trip from Texas to Missouri was complete there were cords showing on one of the tires was showing.
