gARY P.The regular U-Haul representative was out of the office when came to get a trailer. The gentleman that helped us, Timmy, was friendly and helpful. After a couple of computer glitches he was able to get everything taken care of and get us on our way.
Charles E.Made to wait 20-30 minutes after reservation time, then they didn't have the truck they contracted us for which caused more delay. At time if reservation we were very clear the estimated mileage and in the end we weee charged for extra bc they didn't contract it right. Returning was an even bigger nightmare. Took 5 calls to get anything resolved and we were still over charged bc the first person didn't put in the right mileage.

Emma even took it upon herself to return the pallet jack I'd rented at a different location because I did not have a truck. Emma and Audra are assets to the store and to the U-Haul corporation.
Daniel N.Used the location several times. Staff is always great. U-Haul on the other hand isn't at the top of my list. If equipment isn't available that a customer wants, customer shouldn't be charged more for an upgrade to replace requested equipment. Cmon guys. Yes, we're in business to make money, but not like that. Even car rental companies don't charge extra if they don't have what the customer requested.

danny H.This is the second time I've rented a U-Haul from this location and on each occasion I had the honor of working with Emma. Emma is very professional in her work but she is also very personable. Emma knows her job and went out of her way to ensure that the trailer was hooked up legally and safely. She double checked the connections to make sure the chains and electrical connections were hooked correctly. The trip went well and uneventful with the trailer but the nice part was getting to work with Emma again. She did an excellent job.
