The woman that helped us was very hospitable and helpful. I booked online for a mobile pick-up which I did not realize. For some reason I could not check in online and she was very helpful in getting us checked-in. She has been working at this storage place for many years. You are lucky to have her.

Joseph MThe woman I spoke to in the office, was absolutely AMAZING! She was able to help with every question I had! The 15' I rented was clean, but the steering was off. When I got up to about 45-55 I had trouble keeping it straight. Kept wobbling back and forth. The vehicle needs to be looked at. When I was stopped at lights, the wheels were straight but the steering wheel was cocked to the left almost pointing at 9 and 2 on the clock. I got back after hrs so couldn't tell her. Otherwise I would def promote this site to my friends because of her.

Eliane ATire Pressure Warning was low on both front tires which made the experience feel unsafe.
Michael KIt was terrible the truck felt like it was going to break down several times, especially at stoplights it was revving it's engine about to stall out. When accelerating it felt like the transmission was about to slip, it also had worn tires, in addition it was also dirty inside the cabin.
