They charge you what ever they want. When returning u haul they tried to charge me 90 dollars. They didn’t know I had already paid it and my charge was only a little over $ 60 thru U-Haul on line. They also added the safe drive in which I declined on line when I picked the vehicle up. I will never use this location again. As far as U-Haul itself my experience was above excellent.

Dennis WhiteI indicated truck was clean on pickup beause I didn’t want to e delayed and I knew I was going to clean it myself but the previous renter had done absolutely nothing to clean cab or in the back of truck. Truck ran very well. Was pleased.
DWIGHT YAWNThe personnel was attentive and helpful, but I encountered the same issue of them not being well familiar with the process, which took longer than I thought it should have. I also tried to do it myself to speed up the process, but when it came to taking pictures and submitting them, it would kick me back to the main page. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. However, personnel were attentive and did their best based on their knowledge. Yet, it should be corrected.
