Reimburse me for the all the extra time it cost to clean the truck to even use it,person before me spilled something & was very sticky to walk on,let alone put our furniture on?? It cost us 5 extra hours to move.

ROBERT BI was charged an extra day even though i was told 1p was drop off. I was originally supposed to pick up in silverlake but the truck was not returned had to drive an hour out of the way to pick up another truck. A little disappointed in the system
Cheryl MThe customer service they are good before pick up truck they gave you free days but after pick up they charge you for the free days no promises they make me keep the truck 3 days more for free but after that you charged me. kind of cheating! The truck need new suspension because is not safe at the Highway road. Thanks
