I moved to the complete opposite end of town and still had no problem renting from there, until they referred me to this location about 4 rentals ago. They are very courteous and well mannered, knowledgeable, and I have witnessed first hand how quick she is to get up and help hookup a trailer the correct way if you are new to it or just struggling that day. Frederick RiddleYou charged for two days rental. I had the truck one day with the return being about an hour late. It did about 15 to 20 minutes to check out the truck. I did return the truck with about two gallon more gas than it had when I check the truck out. There were no other check outs on that truck as it was park in the same location, angle, and front steering tires in the same position as I left it. I am expecting a credit for the additional rental charge that was charged to my debit card.

DIAN HAIDERNothing I can think of. I booked on line but when I got there and talked with rep, she got me a much better deal. Since I was picking up and dropping off at same location was getting charged a local rate, but I had to drive about 320 miles away and back send she got me a good deal.

Dropped trailer of 2 DAYS EARLY AND WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED A REFUND. NO REFUND OR THANK YOU FOR FIXING WIRING AND REPLACING WHEEL BEARING. COMPLETE RIP OFF, USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
KARL MILNERMore trucks including the 26 ft truck I reserved but they didn’t have I ended up with a 20 ft truck and trailer and driving it sucked hot air was coming in from the engine bay and right onto my feet and they would get hot and no cruise control so no way to get my feet away from the hot air
