ewa MIt was a seamless experience, booked online at noon to pick up at 5 pm of the same day, on my arrival I was greeted showed my driver's license, and was out there in under ten minutes. The return process was just as easy. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and efficient service.
Owen WBrand new Van, which is good. Long wait in line for other customers to sort through their shipping, notarizing, getting a Fedex or UPS quote, etc. Only one clerk to handle all, and all I needed to do is pick up my reserved vehicle. Same happened at drop off, waited longer than needed just to hand over the key. Also, the vehicle with just 5k miles on the clock had never been cleaned inside. The floor of the cargo area was filthy. I needed to transport delicate art so I had to use extra covering to protect it from grease stains. Good thing that U-Haul has the app enabled pick up process that I could upload photos before driving off the lot.
Maurizio OIt would be nice if the truck cabins are cleaned before renting the truck, also the windows and windshield.
Morys AA bit of sand on the cargo bed, but not a hindrance to use of the van.

Genn ATruck was super dirty Trash under seats and ants in the trash under the seats. Broken Glass in back and some broken pieces from furniture in back. No moving pads. I went to put gas in the truck to return it and it wouldn’t start. They tried to make me wait over an hour and a half for a tow truck. In the meantime I had to pay $50 penalty for picking my kid up late at daycare that day. We forgot to check the back of the truck when we left so we discovered how dirty it was when we got home but we were on a super tight moving schedule. Horrible experience Truck also was not shifting correctly Truck was sometimes getting up to 5000 RPMs before it would shift on the highway Uhaul knew about all this and hasn’t even reached out to us or offered us anything for all the trouble and the horrible experience Terrible company. Then on November 20 I got a text telling me that it was time to check in to pick up my rental for November 16 WTF!! Ug!!!!!!!

Gene EOverall well done with polite and acceptable help from 1800 call with concerning question and location desk employee. Two critiques thought. I recommend always providing a full tank a gas so the costumer has no doubts on how much gas to return. The other is attention to detail. I never received the $10 dolly equipment in the truck. I accidentally used the neighboring company which was outside thinking it was suppose to be mine. An innocent mistake which I ask nothing in return. But it shows that details are not fully honored on orders. Thanks all the same.

Daniel CI've rented a lot of trucks from UHaul in the past but this is the worse I ever expected. The fuel was almost empty , the wipers barely functioned. Would not recommend this location again.

DAVID HThis is NOT the drop off location I choose or was reserved for as it was further than what my reservation was made for. I was not notified of the change until the day of. I was supposed to drop off of State Rd. 7 in Wellington, FL.

TAMMY SMy pick up location was changed without notification. That locations representative could not give me the new location, I had to call customer service. Then, the van would not run; it kept dying when we started it in the Pack and Fix parking lot. Luckily, someone had just returned a truck that we were rented in place of the van. So, not the best experience. Definitely could have been better. The rep at this Pack and Fix location was very nice and helpful.
Agnes SEverything was smooth, but none of the extra stuff that is offered in the website was available and/or present at the time of the rental.
Victor CRental store is nearby, so that was a plus. Service at the rental desk was prompt and efficient. The van exterior was clean, but the interior needed a thorough cleaning; previous renters left random items in the van as well as a really stinky odor. However, the van drove well, was affordably priced, and allowed us to accomplish our goal of moving a couch. Thank you. :)
