Truck was filthy, smelled bad, and had bald tires. I don't blame the gentleman that helped me rent the truck...but the truck should have been cleaned. It needed to be swept out and the floors inside were dirty, and the truck was parked in the mud. I've rented a lot of trucks over the years (mostly penske) and NEVER had such a poor experience.

Donna WOur original reservation and confirmation was to pick up the vehicle at a location about 20 miles from our home. When we arrived we were told the vehicle was at a different location. The dealer apologised for the error and we then had to drive to the location where the vehicle was available.. The dealer at that location seemed to have some difficulty with the computer and, with the exception of checking mileage and gas, he did not run through a check on the vehicle either before we took it or upon our return.
Roth BLocation was closed 2 hours early, location was also someone's house and I was attacked upon arrival by the racist homeowners
emari bwe didn't realize there was a drop off location 1 minute from our house. It was so convenient. We dropped off at about 9 pm , so had no interaction with staff. Location could not have been more ideal

john bThe online check-in does not work from this location due to poor cell service. The proprietors were very happy to help and the pick-up would not have worked if they were not present.

Peter SThe GPS locator would not work. Sat there for 40 minutes after repeated tries & then calling uhaul toll-free number. Tamika was great on the phone, but still had difficulty finishing pick up. Luckily the shop owner, even though shop closed, happened by. John was fantastic and finished the reservation so we could leave with vehicle. If he had not come by, unsure how would have ended and how long. Not the first time GPS issues there, from what I was told. Please find an alternative to GPS check in if not working that does not involve calling for help. Otherwise truck fine, move done, and all is well. Thank you R&R Enterprises for saving the day!

Philip BI was missing the appliance dolly that I rented for the day which was an additional $14! The lock to obtain the key was so stiff, it took 10 mins. The process was complicated with what should be a 15 minute process took almost 50 minutes!! The truck mechanically was not maintained. No oil sticker. The brakes need to be checked along with overall suspension. The truck kept trying to pull to the right. Fortunately it was not windy.

James CThe only downfall was the condition of the windshield. It really could have used a wash on the inside as it was pretty bad to look out. Other than that, it was an easy process of pick up and drop off.

elyse SIt was just someone’s personal house. It felt weird dropping off with our signing anything or paperwork to indicate it was left there and in the same condition we picked it up in.

Cheryl SThe system for reserving a u-haul is terrible. My reservation location was changed 3 times before I actually picked up my truck. I had to go to a separate location 35 minutes away for the car trailer. Until I actually picked up the truck I wasn’t sure I had one. The guy at the location where I picked up the truck was great, but getting to that point was very stressful. If I hadn’t called multiple times to the locations and u-haul control, I don’t think I would have had the truck. When you reserve a truck, it should be where you expected to get it.
Andrea ZAside from being 20 miles out of my way, the purchase experienxe was ok. The proprietor was good. Wish i could have rented the trailer at uhauls local to Rochester and Greece Ny.
alan mIt was fine. Took pictures and dropped it off. Personally, I’m not loving Uhauls model of letting anybody be a “dealer”. Huge downgrade in quality - not necessarily at this location, but others have been quite sketch. Lowes or Home Depot could have been a very strategic partner.

Christopher KI would but they sent me way out to Avon to pick up this trailer and I called Irondequoit They had four available and they didn't tell me that.. and those trailers was not reserved that day.
chris cI was unable to check in because your online system could not verify my location despite location services being active. Other apps could pinpoint my location, but Uhaul could not. I've had this same problem at another site so I think the problem is with Uhaul, not the locations per se. I have never been able to successful use the automated check in.

Allison MI had the truck for 9 hours on 2/18/22. Your invoice said I returned it on 2/19/22. I was charged for 2 days. WRONG CREDIT IS DUE TO ME ASAP
Neal GTruck and extras were ready to go on time. Truck ran fine. Staff was considerate. Muddy foot prints were not a problem.

keith aDuring drop off someone was evidently there but didnt come out and help during the unload and were were having trouble getting the trailer off the truck.
