I’m not one to leave reviews but this experience was the worst service I’ve ever received. Upon opening the door I was charged by 3 big dogs with my 9 yr old daughter next to me, the place smell the animal feces with clutter everywhere. The guy who typed up our contract agreement was extremely rude and overcharged us on our rental agreement. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from bailies liquidators.

WAYNE RMade reservations online weeks before pickup at the location closest to where we were moving from. Two days before my reservation date I was notified that the place I made a reservation for didn't have the truck size THAT I RESERVED AHEAD OF TIME. So our pickup location was moved to this one, which was already further away. We got to the new location shortly after 10am, which is when I made the reservation for. The place was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. Please note, it was freaking freezing. Called the 800 number and was told I'd have to go another 30 minutes the opposite direction we needed to go to pickup another truck. Zero empathy and no desire to help from the "customer service" person on the phone. Thankfully while I was on the phone NOT getting help the man showed up at this location, 25 minutes late. Did I mention it was freaking freezing?
AMANDA AThe parking lot and driveway were covered in mud. Staff was very friendly but it was inconvenient having to walk through mud to return the truck.

EMILY GThe web site is not user friendly even for the staff at the rental location. The man was very nice but instead of looking up my reservation # he insisted on starting a new reservation which cost me more money in addition to the fact that I had prepaid for the 1st reservation and he insisted that my credit card would not be charged. it was in fact charged and I had to call the customer service to have my account corrected. In the future I will sure to be insistant that my reservation# is used to look up my account.

Joseph LI dropped my truck and trailer off at 10am, as soon as they opened, but apparently they didn’t process the return until 1:45, an hour and forty-five minutes after my scheduled return time of noon, so I was charged for an extra day for the truck and the trailer even though I returned it two hours before it was supposed to be back. Multiple calls to this location went unanswered and after waiting an hour on hold for uhaul customer service, I gave up. You guys get the extra $60 but you will never get any of my business ever again!
Jason CThey over charge way to fucking fucking much I pay for the initial 80 miles and then they charge me 99 cents per mil I went over plus the 99cent per mile on the 80 miles so charged me almost 300 hurndred dollars so fuck y’all
BRIAN TI was charged for 4 gallons of gas when I returned it exactly where it was when I got it. I was charged for "insurance" of some kind that I neither asked for nor was told about. My business credit card has all the coverage I need when renting a uhaul or any other vehicle. I've been through all the different "up sells" before. The truck was dirty when I got it. Full of dirt and pieces of leaves. I'll drive someone to the next city over before I let them rent a Uhaul from this place.

ISERN BI had called on Tuesday to let them know that I would need an auto transport trailer and a 10ft.truck to pull it since my own vehicle's rating was just bareeeeely above the combined weight of trailer and towed vehicle. I did say the only reason I need a truck was to pull the trailer and wanted the smallest, a 10ft.. Stopped in Wednesday evening to be sure the needed vehicles would be there in the morning. What I got was a 20ft truck which made things more difficult than needed to be as far as loading and driving. Made for a very stressful trip.

CHRISTOPHER JNo one went with me to check truck, gave me the keys and went qpprox 2 blocks away to get the truck , was not gave a folder just reciept, and was told over milage was 40 cents to be charged 99 cents when i turned the truck in no one told me it was 99 cents on weekends and friday was concidered weekends , disapointed , expensive move
