Jacob CrookDolly I asked for wasn’t inside. This location was 30 minutes away from my apartment. I requested a location not even a quarter of a mile from my apartment. I had to drive 30 minutes to get the truck, leave my car there. Take the Uhaul to my apartment 30 minutes away. Load the Uhaul. Go pick up the trailer, 30 minutes in the OPPOSITE direction from the truck pick up location. Then drive all the way back to the location where I got the truck to pick up my car, another 30 minutes, before finally being able to leave town. And on top of it all, I was charged for the extra miles by y’all, even though it’s your fault I had a truck and trailer so far from where I live.
Kayla WieseThere was no to reach at location and couldn't get in the lock box! So couldn't get key to truck! However uhaul was able to get a emergency truck driver to come and get the box open bt force! That guy save the Day!!!

Doug HaleThe above return address is incorrect, it was a one way rental to Concord,NC (not Ballentine,SC) and i turned it in to Uhaul on Concord Parkway (as stated on my contract) in Concord,NC on 1/11/2020 and the young lady that assisted me there was also very polite, nice and professional.

Ray NicholsonThis location is business that also rents U-Hauls. There was only 1 person on a busy Saturday morning to handle both. Had to wait a long time to pick up my trailer as thi person was taking care of other U-Haul customers and store customer. Not a good experience.
Daniel MorehouseThe agent had (3) 26’ Trucks on the lot when I picked up. She tried to pawn off the worst one GMC tell me they were all new. I asked how many miles it had on it, she looked on her computer and told me 12,000 miles. I took the keys and checked the odometer it had ove 125,000 miles, was dirty and had not been swept out. Reluctantly the agent switched trucks to one of the brand new Fords with 4100 miles.

Geoff SteeleI was charged for 2 days rental instead of one and have been trying to correct this and can't seem to get it done. I was supposed to get a call from someone from u haul and never have. By the way I have called the place I rented the trailer from 4 times over 2 weeks with no results.

PAUL ARTLIPOur agent was one of the most thoughtful people we have ever dealt with. Chuck went out of his way to be sure we had the proper truck and equipment for our move. I will be recommending this U-Haul rental location to anyone who is in need of moving equipment. We are very impressed!

Gary FullerI tried to do the online pick up, but it kept me giving me an error that I needed to accept the terms. When I tried to click the accept terms button it would not check the box. I tried in Firefox and Chrome, so I gave up and did it at the location. The two gentlemen at Ballentine Antiques were great though, and the process was easy.

nigel colonwhen sending confirmation emails, let the emails show the hours of operation of the dealers...I had reserved the rental for 9 am. The dealer doesn't open till 10 am, yet all 4 of u-hauls email confirmations confirmed my 9 am reservation. When I arrived at 9 Am , I found out the dealer didn't open till 10 AM, 5 mins later I recieved another email that finally showed me the dealer opened at 10

Lindsey GilbertI requested 9am at this preferred location. I was told to through text to pick up at 12pm. When I called they said they opened at 10am. There was another location that opened at 9am but it was too late to switch. I would have appreciated communication about this more in advance.

Andy VolinU-Haul initially sent my order to Cashiers, NC, a two hour detour when the request was made for a trailer in Central, SC. The pickup location was a secondary option. Phone service with U-Hual was very poor.
