MYRON RUSSELL MARTINWe was giving a location to drop the truck off in Clearwater, but the site was close. Therefore the people at U-Haul should have told us to call one800 go U-Haul to find a new location because that one was closed. The communication was not good at all. How was we supposed to know to call the 800 number to find a new location if the person didn’t tell us.

Took a phone call to Uhaul and 30 minutes to resolve on line issues after I spent time setting up account on app. Drop off was the same app did not work and was a 20-30 minute wait to talk with person to facilitate drop off. I took pictures dropped off keys and left. Had I waited on hold for 30 minutes the pick up and drop off would have exceeded 1 hour. The idea is great but the functionality was not acceptable.

I was having a bad day I was dirty hungry, and tired, the service person was kind and did not judge me for being dirty or short spoken while waiting on my peperwork I had time to reflect on my day prior to arriving, there I was given time to compose my thoughts with interesting memorabilia of stock car racing of my days gone by I left relaxed and inspired understanding of how work makes you a real winner as these men were with their achevements in stock car racing. Less than an hour but was charged another day!!! I understand you're in the business of making money, but come on, now I'll pay more from your competitors just because, and maybe an alignment is due also...

I wasn’t allowed to leave my car on the property to take the truck and I was not told this ahead of time. thankfully I had someone to help in this scenario but if not it would’ve caused me to lose out on this truck and throw off my entire move. 2. The truck was disgusting. It smelled like smoke. There was trash in the cupholders. The cupholders were gross and had residue and dirt in them. 3. The breaks were very hard to engage and felt like it was barely stopping sometimes. 4. The steering was awful. I had to severely overcorrect just to keep straight in my lane let alone straighten out after a turn. 5. There was barely a 1/4 tank of gas in it when I got it, which I understand is caused by previous customers, but the last thing someone wants to do is have to go get gas first just to be able to start the move. When you rent a car, the gas tank is always full and you return it full. There’s no guesswork or overfilling to worry about and you can start your journey without finding a nearby station. Overall this was the worst uhaul or rental experience I’ve ever had and I’m utterly disappointed uhaul allows this to happen.

Clay ThomasThey didn't help with loading or unloading the trailer. I dropped the trailer off on time but the guy that handles the rentals was not present. They charged me for 2 days I had to call U-Haul customer service. It was overall a bad experience.

JEFF JOHNSONThe store representative threatened to do damage to the vehicle if we left it there despite our contract stating to leave it at the location. He Claimed that they had no space although there was apparent space. He was unwilling to take any action to help determine an alternative location and became irate and threatening When I asked for help. I attempted to call your service number and was hung up on after waiting on line for 20 mins. I had to call toad side assistance to get any rapid response. Although roadside assistance Rep was helpful, it was obvious that it was not within his normal area of assistance. Rep confirmed drop off location verbally and was confused why location wasn’t willing to accept. Quite unhappy with service and has turned me off from your company honestly.
