John JI first reserved the auto transport in Riverside California my home town where I thought I would pick up the trailer. However I received a txt message that the trailer was ready for pick up in Yucaipa 25 miles from Riverside. I was never told by customer service that I would have to drive soo far for pick up? Customers should be informed at time of reservation that equipment maybe out of town? Thank you

John TUnprofessional location. This place is literally a junkyard. How is this allowed to be a Uhual? There is only one person on the premises and they are not mindful of other people’s time. The wait is extensive. There is offensive and derogatory language used in the presence of young children and offensive stickers and verbally offensive messages on the walls. I’m shocked Uhual would allow this to be a location in their list of providers.

DANTE CPut up some signage. Tell where the UHAUL office is. Don't make people have to wander around looking.
ron rThe attendant kept bad mouthing the app and process. I completed the online check in, he told be it didn’t go through, but never asked for credentials. Also, I wanted to switch the payment card and he just ignored that request and proceeded to charge the card. The location itself looks like an abandoned lot, so much so that I considered cancelling the reservation all together.

lynn kThe reservation agent at the storage units was great. She found the unit to rent in town for me. The pickup/dropoff location and customer service was also very helpful. The truck was pretty tired and worn out inside. It's pretty dirty in the cup holders and dash.

JEFF WThis Uhaul location was a life safer. The original location on outer HWY 10 in Redlands, was closed and when i last minute arranged to pick up the truck her. the owner was friendly and understood my announce with Uhaul. He did everything possible to help me still be able to get a truck.
