There was a Tornado WARNING in the early morning hours as I was trying to get the final pieces loaded which made for a great deal of personal stress and caused me to leave my phone with the UHAUL app at the old residence. Then at the time of drop-off (9:00 a.m.), it was POURING DOWN rain because of the tornado activity in the area. I only had a phone with NO data left on it, and the location hours posted indicated it opened at 10 a.m. I contacted UHAUL by phone at the 800 number to report my drop-off which they documented. I came back to the location at about 10:05 and found no one was opening the location. I waited and then called UHAUL 800 again to report no one on location and was sent to talk to the Supervisor. She contacted them, called me back to report they had a family emergency and would be handling the check in later that night.... I SPECIFICALLY asked that they have the person to call me so that I could meet them there to be there for the personal checking of the equipment, etc. I really also needed to change the credit card used as I had forgotten that. They assured that they would let them know. I sent a text the phone number I had for the location to ask when she would be going in so I could meet her. No one called, No one texted and the card was run at 9:26 p.m., with a charge also for Insurance that was never discussed with me...... I am not at all happy. It's called "following the customer's requested instructions."
cynthia mTruck was clean it was a 3 day rental I returned it a day early to the 100 lake davenport Blvd. Location in Florida I got the truck in cordele on empty low fuel and when I returned it early the gas was above the quarter mark with 150 miles to empty parked at Location key put in the drop box
frank sWaste of time for whole rental. Did not rent at this location because it said was closed till April 30 on line. Rented at Findley auto that was a house with only a uhaul trail out front. Got transferred to Bandey. There was 2 lock boxes with the number 1 on it. Will never rent from this location again

MISTY Jremove this person, not on the job charged me twice on my credit card hung up the phone on me twice. I call my credit card company to cancel one charge too many. This personal were not on the job all day I returned the trailer back about 9:30 Friday morning on the 19 of August. I have a voice mail where she call me that mean she were not on the job all day trailer were returned Friday like I promise before 11:00 AM Friday.
EDDIE FCalled customer service for assistance after they scheduled my pick up. It took 1.5 hrs of them walking me through the process before they acknowledge that it wasn't me, after being quite condescending,and that they input the wrong email address. Outside in that heat and getting hung up on. Any way.

Sharllaw GI dropped the trailer off a day early. When I arrived the open sign was on but door was locked. When I was trying to take pictures of the trailer it made me say it was not clean so I had to pay 15 dollars.
Seth PThe lady in charge did not come out to do a walk-around with me and gave me a truck with a dirty back area. I only rented the truck to have something to tow a car with (I was also renting a car dolly) so I never even opened the back area, but when I returned the truck, it was dirty and they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee.
Wayward GI was charged $60 for a fuel fee. Vehicle was returned with the same amount of fuel that I picked it up with. This $60 fee is outrageous compared to the my experience picking up this vehicle. Vehicle was reserved for pickup in Arabi, GA. Upon arriving for pickup I was told vehicle was not available and was directed to Vienna, GA which was 20 miles away. Upon arriving at Vienna I was told that no vehicle was available and that the one on property was already reserved and larger than the one I reserved. After talking to you corporate office they were directed to give me that vehicle, however, they did not have the Tow Dolly that was reserved. I was then directed to Cordele, GA. 8 miles away to pick up a Tow Dolly. This experience not only cost me time, more money than my original quote, gas for driving to 3 different cities, delay to my original plans and the overall frustration of taking 3+ hours to pick up a vehicle that would originally take 15 minutes. With the experience that I have been through to rent this vehicle, I can’t believe I was charged an additional $60 upon return. I would like to request this charge be credited along with honoring the original charge that I was quoted. In addition, this vehicle was returned a day early. Andrew Wilkins 407-965-8801.
