Customer service was helpful.
Reuben RThe car was clean but the gas tank was on empty. We had to put $49 of gas in the car to get to our destination and back. We got $30 credit so I am grateful for that BUT we should never be given a van on empty. I just think that was not cool. Still I would recommend this place because this could have just been a fluke.

Everette RThey were so poorly prepared for a reservation that they thought they didn’t have any of our reserved dollys. They ended up having the dolly’s but 0 furniture pads. Then the truck was filthy and they sent one woman out to sweep it. The truck also had less than 20 miles of gas when we received it. Not to mention, the gas tank is broken so it took at least 30 minutes at the gas station to fill up because the safety on the fuel spout kept clicking off literally every two seconds.

Luis AHispanic lady was smoking weed outside and was not manning the counter. She wasn’t pleasant at all and had a little bit of an attitude when asking me to go and take a picture of the the final mileage and gas gauge. I’m probably not going to return to this location
Lieng SThe app was slow to sort through and when we finally found the truck after 30 minutes of trying to get everything to work properly on the app, the truck was out of gas and we had to immediately find a gas station. 45 minutes later we were ready to go. Super annoying on a moving day when you have people waiting to help you move stuff. I liked the idea of app-based rental but the practicality was a different story.

Michael MThe tires were low on both rentals and the gas had been siphoned on one of the rentals as well. The tires should be checked before renting out to the next customer. If the gas is on empty, it should be filled a touch to get the customer going.

Tatjana CI arrived at the location from the south and got super confused as to where to go -- looks like all the "Return Here" signage is on the north side of the parking lot. If you added a sign at the SW corner of the lot (near where the vans are all parked) I would have been a lot less confused.

Vittorio LBoth of the workers were really helpful and friendly. There are a lot of bad reviews on Google, however, I think this location is misunderstood. I wonder how many customers make a last minute reservation and then find out that their truck is not available. They then write a bad review, when in reality it’s their own fault for not reserving earlier.
