Robert H.Sales rep not friendly very dry personality. Not friendly at all. Bad representation of Uhaul brand. Unprofesional seemed she was being bother by our presence. She canceled my truck because we didn't show up on time. Even though I called same day of reservation and made her aware we would be late. She simply said that doesn't matter it was canceled. Same towers are the worst.

Everything was explained clearly and my questions were answered thoroughly. I'm going to need to rent a truck again in the next 10 days approximately, and this location is my choice. I have a high confidence in recommending this particular dealer for anyone needing to rent a U-Haul truck. Kudos to these guys.

Candi S.They gave us a return site in Stockton and told that us that we can trust any drop off location for uhaul but they kept the uhaul for 5 extra days and after we tried to show them that they charged us extra money for the days the Stockton drop site kept the truck. I took pics and kept the texts on my phone to show the day we dropped it off but all they did was ignore us.NEVER AGAIN.

Humberto V.When man opened door at 9:00, walked in and he did not acknowledge I was even there and he went to back of warehouse to open doors and prepare for other business. Could have said "someone will be with you soon", but continued work in back. After 5 or 10 minutes a young lady entered office and started checkin process.
LESLIE B.They charged me for gas even though when I first inspected the truck I noticed it had 1/4 tank of fuel so I went in and asked if that could be changed on my contract since the contract said it had 7/16. They said yes and that I could bring it back with 1/4 tank. That is what I did and they charged me $72 in gas. Dishonest. I will never use them again.

SUZANNE B.i rented to move new equipment into a new restaurant location. when i called for original pick- up location, there was no avail. trucks. They asked if i would like to pick up in the next city, i said thats fine as long as i can drop off in the same city i pick up in. he said that would be fine. we negotiated $.40 per mile, and when i dropped off they charged me .$99 per mile cause the said it was a one-way, not in town. Whoever originally took the reservation didnt even change the original pick-up location. when i dropped off at location, the girl at the pick-up location was very rude and just closed the contract and said to call customer care. I will no longer be using UHAUL, ill stick to Penske...and i will be telling all the customers that come into my businesses to do the same.

Deon V.The seatbelt was broken and kept beeping for two hundred miles. I paid too money for this and I am so disappointed! I will never rent a U-Haul again. I should get a discount and another thing the wait time when I called was 63 minutes. I am so upset.

The App was terribly frustrating because I was unable to submit my pictures needed to check the vehicle back in to the location. This delayed me by over 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes later on to send emails and make calls to people to explain what had happen.
