amy cI never verified that there were 6 blankets before I got in the Uhaul. When I was finished with the job, there was only 5. I was charged for a missing blanket. Not a big deal… but I do t believe I lost a blanket.

Richard CEquipment was clean but dated. Lots of bumps and bruises and a few loose internal bumpers, but for our needs it was fine. Owners were prompt, friendly, and helpful.
Michael ACustomer service was spot on! I walked in with no call ahead or appointment, she helped me right away anyway. Communication was amazing and I was helped more with set up than I ever have been by any other dealer. They may not be a huge uhaul dealer but they are by far the best!
ERICA I26’ unit was rented out with a check engine light on . Female staff member was aware that the unit was being directly rented out after us, obviously no time to fix these matters The absolute WORST part of this experience, the building g has a very large trash container right where you drop off. The container in NO WAY was marked business use only, private use or any restrictions what so ever. Not only this this woman NOT call for authorization on the credit card, she placed a “cleaning charge” on our bill. Which is a fraudulent description, and was in NO manner approved . This company WILL expect a CHANGE BACK with a report of fraud to UHAUL corporate and the local authorities for a fraudulent charge that is not stipulated anywhere in the contract. This will NOT go away, we are local. I will hall them into small claims and notify my card issuer before close of business if this is not resolved immediately. When I did call, it was like oh, since I have your credit card #. We charged you for dumping trash. Again no legal right to do so under the contract, no authorization, and no notice or posting that this was prohibited.( we took photos to make sure they did not try this underhanded tactic) Any renters- be warned. They have unlawfully used my credit card and committed fraud. Dr. Vincent Grant
Vincent GMy things were soaked when I arrived in Phoenix yesterday. Please seal the trailers and maintain those seals, I don’t want anyone else to experience soggy boxes and wet items. Thank you! The trailer towed excellent.

Ian PI was charged for damage I didn’t cause. I was not provided with any proof of the damage, any explanation for the repair charge, and wasn’t given any channel to dispute it. I was also charged a cleaning fee even though I was never informed I was responsible for cleaning the entire uhaul.

Ken SAbsolutely nothing! Service was tremendous, Kathleen was awesome and super friendly and helpful. The equipment was all ready to go and was in fantastic condition. They made sure that it was top of the line for our journey and was extremely nice and caring.

Rebecca RNo uhaul at the designated location so I had to go elsewhere to another location in Victor. The woman was kind of rude and was not there upon return. Tried to call and leave a message but never got a call back. Luckily I had a jack and was able to get the trailer off otherwise who knows when i would have been able to return. Whole experience was a nightmare!

BETTY LThe location had no cellular service to check vehicle in on my own. I returned the uhaul with 3/4 of a tank of gas which is what I picked the truck up with and was still charged for gas.
KYLE KIt is set back from the highway and kind of hard to see. I almost missed it ( I would have if I did not have the location pulled up on Google Maps satellite)
WARD PKathleen was wonderful to work with. The truck was very clean. Our situation was stressful and she was very helpful and let us park the truck there overnight before going to the landfill.
NIKKI KThis Uhaul location is hands down the best customer service and I rent ALOT from Uhaul. The trucks are always clean and the owner is amazing!
