Erniue allanIt took about an hour to get the truck. I had to ad my license picture through the app 4 times. The gentleman working explained he usually isn’t in charge of this process. He was amazing, by the way. I felt bad bc nothing he was doing was working.

Bob DriedgerThe young man that runs this location was nothing short of amazing! He is an incredible asset to your company! I believe his name is Amed! He was so accommodating! We had booked a uhaul from one of the Red Deer locations and they weren’t there when we went to pick it up! They closed half an hour earlier than they said! This left us in a very bad way! The fact that the Lacombe location was open until 8 o’clock pm saved our move!

Blair HullWe were given the oldest truck on the lot (there were many of this same size) and it had clear damage to the seal around the windshield. This was “fixed” with packing tape which came apart as we drove down the highway and the broken plastic around the windshield began to slap against the truck. Before we drove it off the lot, we pointed it out to the attendant and he said he couldn’t swap out what truck we could take because the truck was already “dispatched”. Otherwise, not a bad experience. I just don’t think a truck that significantly older and in need of repair should be the first choice to send a customer out in.

Brad BayleyFirst, I was told my reservation wasn't in the system, even though I reserved online and had a reservation number. Then I was told the 26 foot truck I reserved was not available. After I asked for a 20 footer, it seemed to take forever to get the keys, which were the wrong keys once I went out and tried to unlock the door. Finally after another 15-20 min I finally got the correct keys. I started the truck to do a walk-around and when I opened the back door I could plainly see the unit had not been swept out.

Shaun NixonMy credit card was charged for a deposit of $365 and then upon return the gentleman attempted to charge the full amount (including deposit). My original card did not have available funds to process the invalid total. I argued with him but he insisted he understood the process. Now I have the $365 charged on my Mastercard and $690 charged on my Visa. This has limited my funds to complete my move. Moving is stressful and expensive. Large amounts of available funds are held up in security deposits and new accounts. It would be nice if uhaul could train their representatives with the correct processes to avoid unnecessary financial burden on clients.

Eran GILBOAHi, Ivan and Anmol are life savers! I left my sunglasses in the truck and they found them for me. They took the time and effort to ensure I can pick them up or get them to me if someone is driving through my city! Don’t hesitate to use this location as they are honest people!
Sumer AMLANIClean the uhual, was disgusting and sticky. Had drink cans in it from previous people. Pop all over windshield, and sand/dirt all over the bed in back. Better communication, and would like a better way to compare the gas gage before and after use, as the man working had no clue what he was doing and over charged me on gas/mileage. have never had such a horrible experience with uhual. not impressed and will be looking for alternative ways of moving next time.

Justin RauschI have 2 charges on my credit card. One for the rental and now a mystery charge. The guy there're second day said my reservation was lost and said I did not pay. Then called back to say I did. Not very good communication and amd this unknown charge is frustrating to see.
MANDI POSSDid not want to purchase the insurance but the rep guy was unable to proceed with the rental unless selecting insurance. Computer system was very slow. Took about 20 minutes.
