carl bI was charged a $96.50 charge twice even though my receipt said no charge. I dropped off early, left it in good condition, and called to make sure all was well and was told it was but yet I was overcharged and can’t get an answer as to why

Joseph MI had to change locations at the last minute because of truck availability. I also had to go with a smaller truck because of availability. Only issue I have is if you offer a certain truck at a certain location uhaul should try to make accommodations or don't offer the ability to make a reservation in the 1st place. When trying to schedule a move and then look around at the last minute for a truck at a different location after having made a reservation at a different location in a different town is a major inconvenience. As far as the location in Fayette, AL, Black's Wrecker Service was great to work with and very accommodating.

JOHNNIE HI live in Tuscaloosa AL & reserved the truck on July 12. On July 21, I received a message that I needed to pick up in Fayette AL. A 2 hour inconvenience!

Carl SI ordered the truck on Monday to pick up Wednesday. I was told online that the truck would be at Blacks Wrecker Service on Wednesday by 9 AM. I never received a call on Tuesday like the email/website said I would to keep me updated. I tried to call Blacks Wrecker Service on Tuesday around 5, since I was informed that I would be contacted by 6:30 to ask if they knew anything about the truck and was met with a very short, “no, they’ve all gone home for the day.” I don’t know if I was supposed to receive a call from UHAUL the company or Blacks Wrecker Service, but either way, no contact was made with me regarding where to go the next day to pick up the truck. I arrived at Blacks Wrecker Service on Wednesday morning at 9 AM and told him I had ordered a truck and he had no idea what I was talking about. So I checked online and discovered that the truck was in Winfield, 30 minutes away. No one ever got in contact with me to let me know that. Please, be sure to make contact with people if you say you are going to make contact with them. Other than that, the truck worked well and did what we needed it to. Thank you.
