I absolutely love the guy who works here. He is courteous, pleasant and he works hard!!! This is my 5th visit to this place and I will always come here for my u-haul needs

The online reservation was horrible! I initially reserved a truck in Mayfield, ky. I called the location and they had no trucks. I changed the reservation to Murray, ky. That got changed to Paris, Tn because Murray had no trucks. It was changed again to Memphis, Tn which is 3 hours from where I needed to pick up truck! I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service just to discover there were trucks available in Mayfield, ky where I made the initial reservation!

If the Dolly and wheel cart was fixed to a hold down it would not shift while the truck is empty, protecting against any damage to the equipment. Y'alls services where great and i would be proud to suggest the use of this company to a friend. Thank yall

The man was very rude on my first visit asking was we gonna return the vehicle after using it told me a whole story about someone leaving the vehicle in Memphis like I was gonna due the same. I will not be going back and please don't send me back.

The man that checked the U-Haul was cold, seemed as though we were bothering him and spoke in quick one word answers almost before we could finish speaking. I would never recommend anyone go there for U-Hauls or the vehicle is they sell.

Easily located the business location for a self pickup. Trucks were easy to access for inspection and self-service lockbox located in sheltered area outside the building. Had no issues with self pickup and truck was very clean and in good condition as described in the online inspection report.

Better availabilty of an actual representative during business hours over the phone. Checkout was great and the representative courteous, knowledgeable and professional. There was an unforseen circumstance that was an urgent issue but no one was abailable to address it. As result, there was nothing that could be resolved in cooperation with them. The owner still maimtained a professional attitude although he was understandably upset and followed procedures to a T. My apologies for the inconvenience were hopefully received as genuine.

Instead of starting with a half tank of gas , it should be a full tank ! It is hard to judge the amount you will need just to the half mark ! I was told I need to put just a little more gas in so had to make the second trip to the gas station for 3 more gallons

Have everything a person needs to move in the truck dolly straps dolly for moving appliances covers and everything need to move not just blanks and that’s all all the equipment needed…..

The guy that came out and helped me get parked was fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. He apologized for a dirty truck that he had NOTHING to do with. I hope he gets an email about how pleased i was with his service and how nice he was.

The truck has 90,000 miles on it and looks good. The problems do not show until you drive it on the interstate. The seat is wore out and has a slight forward slant which causes you to slide forward constantly. The front end needs some work as it is loose and you have to constantly keep it centered in your lane. The speedometer is off and you think you are doing the speed limit but you are actually going seven miles an hour slower. One last thing is the road / engine noise,it is so loud at speed that you can hardly hear the radio I have recently driven another of you trucks for a friend and that truck had none of these problems. None of these problems were the fault of the rental place and should not be held against them they would not know unless they drove the truck at speed on the interstate. The facility was clean and the person there was very polite.

Have truck and equipment available as per my reservation, no one contacted to confirm truck was at location . Wasted 8 hours and 100 dollars for help and 100 dollars for gas to drive to collierville, ended up picking van up in mayfield the next day.
