This location was very convenient for drop off and I appreciated that there was ample parking. As such I would recommend this location to others. As I did self-drop off after hours I did not enter the location nor interact with staff.

It was super easy to rent a truck last minute and the pickup was hassle free, even after closing time.. I was able to speak with someone when I had a question. Overall excellent experience for a quick move we did the other day!
Eszter KThe keys were not in the indicated keybox and there was nobody at the location to assist. The phone number for the location listed on the contract was not in service. The furniture pads I reserved were not in the truck. The floor of the truck had a partially secured panel that was a hazard. The only thing that went well is that a corporate employee doing a site assessment showed up and did everything in his power to resolve the situation. We did not leave the lot until 90 minutes after the start of our reservation, costing us 1/4 of our available time. We were not the only renters who had problems with keys and equipment not being in the rentals as reserved. This location should not have a Uhaul franchise. Do not book here.

Leland MI didn't create a mess inside the truck but, to avoid paying for not having it 'broom swept', I had to sweep out the mess from the previous user. I didn't receive any notification of where to find the keys, nor any code for the lock that was ultimately protecting the keys. After a long search throughout the property (the building was unoccupied but the door was unlocked, so I wandered around the staffless rundown house), I had to speak with the site supervisor on the phone to get the information, which caused me to be late.
Jason SI just did not expect to show up where I did. All that said, it was easy to get the veh. All virtual. The location looks abandoned. Was not a great vibe initially.

Lisa DTerrible experience, doors closed for pick up, had to call for 30 min before we got a response, guy’s phone kept cutting out, charged us for two days even though we brought it back 3 hours after pick up and completed the return online. Do not recommend this location at all.

Ahmed SThe location was convenient for us however the trucks were packed in the lot and getting out was a bit of an adventure. The truck cab was dirty with some garbage from past customers. The rear box was cleaner but had broken glass particles. The gentleman I dealt with was excellent.

The location was not inviting... and the drop off box was not secure - anyone could have easily opened the mailbox, removed the key and taken the truck - who would be accountable? No confirmation of "truck received" , etc....
