I’m moving into a brand new house and now all my belongings are infested. There should be weekly checks for issues such at this. I’m very upset about this because I now have to spend time and money for an issue that I didn’t previously have.

Crystal CHad trouble getting keys from lock box. The lock is very rusty and hard to open. The truck was parked right against the fence so I couldn’t inspect the cargo area. The truck has an engine that is not running very well.

SHAWN MThe truck needed swept out .cab& bed. This truck when flashers were turned on only flashed on the drivers side (rear) Front tire drivers side had a vibration felt thru the gas pedal. Most likely needs balanced. Did the job, wasn't hard to drive, comfortable drivers seat , Dealership stated the fuel level @ 3/8 tank.on pickup .Actually It was empty UHaul made a credit on my bill to compensate Welcome surprise ,Would always Use U Haul in the future.Thank you!
GREGORY WEverything went well. Truck was clean and all the equipment I rented was there when I picked up the truck. Can’t say if anything needed to be improved. Turn in online was easy. Thanks U-haul for a smooth move.

MARVEETA OI have been double charged. It has cost me $160 to rent a 20' foot truck for 2 hours. 3 different times they hit my credit card

Bo LI paid almost $100 to use a 15 foot truck for four hours because I was told it had to be rented for 24 hours. I have rented a trick for 6 hours before so I don't believe that. The lady we rented the truck from got my address I was moving from, the one I was moving too and where we were dropping the truck off but only put down 30 miles. I was told that the truck was $29..99 and it was $.99 per mile, if you do the math that is NOT $99.51. When we returned the truck I was told we went over the milage and would have to pay another $15.00 which I refused to pay so the man didn't charge me for that. We also filled the truck back up past what it was on because we couldn't remember where the gas was when we started, another $26.00. I think that renting a uhaul was a complete mistake and that we were overcharged. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again and I will also let everyone know about being overcharged so no one I know get taken advantage of. There is no possible way that it cost $100 to move from Bonaire Georgia to Gray Georgia. Uhaul is a joke and a scam to take people's money! NEVER AGAIN and shame on uhaul for charging so much.
