I had reservations for a one way 26’ truck from Davie Fl to Orlando Fl mowing due to the sale of our house. I was notified the day before that no trucks were available within a 50 mile radius. I had to take a local truck which cost more and take a day off from wok and drive it back plus the cost of gas. I also had to uber to the train station ($20) and pay $194 for a one way ticket back to Orlando. I will never use U-Haul again! I will let everyone I know the experience I had.
david dthis is a self service location and just ok. If I was picking up a rental I would be annoyed. It was fine for drop off.

William PIt's not the place it's the uhaul equipment. On top of the other issues with the tralier banging into my car everything I would brake l when I put the trailer tail Gate down it blew the fuse in the car that supports the tralier lights. I. Know this as it was fine and at 9pm I had to lowe the Gaye to get my items out I lowered the gate and the lights when out. So luckily I love 2 miles away from uhaul but had to drive with no trailer lights to get my due in time. .
Morgan MI would recommend this location, but that doesn't mean you will pick up at this location Doesn't even mean you will get what you thought you were ordering. I had to go an hour south to get this trailer, and not the location I set up for pick up.

Vesa PThe lady that was doing “customer service” was so rude and I feel like if she did not wanted to talk clients at all. I told her the truck she gave me was on empty and I asked if I can please have another truck with a little bit more of gas. Which she reply I don’t give you another one and I won’t check. I told her that I understand that I have to return the gas the same way I found it, but the truck was on “E”. This is the third time that I rent a truck from that location but honestly never again.

james bThe check out process was quick and easy and the woman who helped with the transaction was friendly and nice. My complaint is that I reserved a 26 foot truck and there was not one available. I had to leave with a 20 foot truck and all the stuff I had in storage didn’t fit which was frustrating.

Russ AMake your fees and charges known before hand! Website said day of I’ll only pay $35.15 . Got there there lady tells me card will be a $90 hold or cash will be $150 hold. If the website said $19 a day and I clicked it what makes you think I have $150 dollars ! The math is not adding up at this point I’m still waiting for their “holds” to refund me the proper amount.

DAWNE WThe 15ft truck didn't have a ramp and there were no other trucks available for exchange. I didn't get help moving because with the ramp my furniture dollys and hand trucks it would have made easy work. But the lack of the ramp made the tools unusable. Creating a pain staking experience. To bring everything to the truck and load it by hand. Getting on and off the truck by way of the bumper hundreds of times. I was offered a discount and a free day which was helpful. But was charged for the 2 days. I was told it was corrected but didn't get a invoice showing the corrections. I could have used own pick up truck and saved the money if I knew I was going to have to jump on and off the back of a truck anyways. The people at the store were sincere in they apology and attempt to make it right. I have another one way move coming up and I'm skeptical on Using uhaul for the next move.
