Marquan HAlways have an easy time renting U-Hauls from this location. Pricing is fair and vehicles are always close to being brand new and are in good condition. Would recommend renting from this location to anyone in the New Caste County area.
Tyler RVehicle was covered in ice from a snowstorm the day before. Rental agent claimed to have no means to clean it off. I had to do it myself. Seems like the truck should be provided in driveable condition, which it was not. Otherwise everything was fine.

Ravichandran REverything went well. The online pre-check-in made the experience smooth. With the online check-in, I had to pick up the keys and return the truck by 4:30. The check-in and check-out took less than 5 minutes.

Paul MThe furniture pads were stacked in a dirty, decrepit garage. The vehicle maintenance lights would not turn off, but I was told it’s okay they were checked by a technician. The counter service people were very nice and attentive. U-Haul should work on sprucing up the operation.
RICHARD KI requested one furniture dolly and two utility dollies but when I got to the location they didn't have any of them, so I had to pick up the truck which made my moving hard and I had to extend 3 more hours for the moving.

Terry JUpdate your drop off system!!! I drive from WIL to NYC and was promised the Chelsea location. When I arrived, I was told there was no room and I had to drive to Brooklyn to another drop off location. That was 40 MINS away. I know it’s not the employees fault but I wish they had driven the truck themselves to the Brooklyn location.
Natalie RU-haul needs to improve on the explanation of fees and charges. This can cause a lot of frustration and uncertainties with U-Haul. I rate is has horrible.
Levon TTruck was fine. Rented moving blankets( they were in a pile on a dirty garage floor and they told me to grab 12 of them.) I also reserved 2 moving dollies and when I got there they told me they didn’t have any. So I had NO dollies! I Should have been told ahead of time so I could have made other arrangements.
john pTire had a low pressure warning so we filled it. App wouldn’t let us complete the ‘pick up vehicle’ online. When dropping off the van the new employee didn’t know how to complete our rental. We had to call uhaul to tell them the time & miles on the van.
Stanley KTruck was dirty. Couldn’t open the passenger door because the lock doesn’t work. The hand break was making some weird noise.

Eugene sToo expensive. No longer comes with free miles at all. $1.29 a mile for a gasoline vehicle is a bit high considering gas is under $4 a gallon.
Cody WFire Brittany at this location. She gave incorrect info and because of her I was charged way over for returning truck late. Talked to the owner of BP STATION and he couldn’t have cared less. He refused to help. He has awful customer service skills. Also he said “ he could see me” not sure if that was a threat but it was really creepy. I will never rent a truck from here again and will tell everyone about this awful experience. Also the truck was filthy. Covered in mud on the outside. There were several other trucks there but they gave us the dirtiest one

Pierre SI was charged for $70 for gas when I left the gas at a 1/4 of a tank. Exactly as I found it. I will be disputing this charge but was very upset that I was charged for this mistake on U-Haul’s part.
Jacqueline TEven though we tried to use self-checkout, the personnel needed to tell us where to park. 2 different people told me to park 2 different places. They didn't offer to park the truck for me and one of the personnel yelled at me for backing while they were trying to move another truck. Very cluttered location (trash, broken stuff, etc.) One person at the cash register was helpful. The biggest problem was with self-checkout. It crashed on our phone. Took over 20 minutes to get help. We wasted about an hour trying to get self-checkout to work but we eventually got it working.
Kenneth GThe truck was very old and very loud, it had a constant rattle. When I scheduled pickup I did mobile so I could be in & out but there was no where to get keys so I had to go in to get the keys and the truck was on E. Also they had the trucks so close together that it took a good 5 minutes to get it out of the spot. After the pickup everything was fine.

SEBRON FThe application frequently froze and was not very cooperative. We used the website directly ultimately and where able to rent our truck. Everyone we dealt with in the phone was very helpful and resolved all of our issues.
