Krystal MI had no other choice but to use U-Haul I had to move and I did not have a truck I am a widow in my sixties and moved myself the truck I received was much too big for what I had requested at least a month prior to moving the truck that I had ordered and was given and Confirmation it would be available was not available I ended up having to drive the bigger truck paying more money than I should have had to I'm extremely disappointed in U-Haul and if I ever have to move again I'd rather burn everything I own then go through U-Haul and have them steal money from me oh excuse me it's not Steel because they say it's a value which is a bunch of crap

dianne pThe truck did not run well but it got me the 18 miles I needed. The truck was clean it just seemed that the engine was not running correctly. I don't think it was the fault of the people at Ace Hardware. I am a vehicle sales professional and very sensitive to the way a vehicle operates.

Brandon AIt was determined by a kid I was slightly under on my gas which I was not and charged 7 USD for actually being over by 3 cents of gas than what I received. I will never use it again because of this blatant scam and bullshit charge.
AARON BI think there should be a lower mileage rate for those not leaving the state. .79 a mile should be changed to 0 and truck rental should be 50$ a day. Diesel trucks would be better as well
ADAM OThey parked the trailer for me which was enormously helpful. I really appreciate that. They also took the time to listen to me. You don't usually see that in young men. Great customer service.
Christopher HOil your equipment. Make sure trailers are oriented hitch out toward to access ally so that backing out is not an issue. It is always preferable to pull out of a parking area nose out with a trailer rather than backing around a blind corner. At least the backup was not into traffic and the roads themselves are not busy at the location at all. The manager did the best she could to help me with the exit after some guy pulled the trailer in and dropped it backwards in the parking area. I would love to see her again. She was very pleasant.

MIKE LI am aware that it is impossible to have the location check all details of each vehicle The rear door was almost impossible to open I did alert them to this and a work order was made for repairs
KELLY TPersonnel were nice and friendly. However, large truck I rented only had a little over a quarter of a tank of gas. Big hassle to have to start with a trip to gas station and then try to "guesstimate" how much gas I was going to use. Ended up needing second trip to gas station.
Ginger WI really like these people. The manager who checked me in was very friendly and helpful... he recommended extending my time another 2 hours. He was right- we needed the time! The young man and young lady who took me to the truck were also friendly and thorough. In fact, she came in for her shift as I was checking in. A customer was waiting behind me, and she walked right to the register (with her stuff still in her arms) and cashed him out! I told her upon returning the truck how impressive that was. I've always liked Ace Hardware for their service- this one especially! Thank you!
