Vasily YThe location is pretty decent, and I've been working there was very knowledgeable and respectful. Unfortunately the location itself is rather small and very difficult for finding a location to drop off the U-Haul at night before the gates open. The U-Haul app never works when you're near a U-Haul location, it always locked up and crashes but the minute you're away from it works perfectly fine. Not this location only, every location ever been to us the same problem.
PHILIP NThe online site was not good. Had to reach out to an agent by chat to get approved. Finally an employee showed up early and assisted. Took extra time to receive the key.
Kathy S5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. Give those customer service folks a raise please. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Could not ask for more. My ONLY recommendation is that the vehicles not be parked so far away. A plus grade still. I needed the exercise.

ZEESHAN GI reserved 2 dozen furniture pads for my move but was informed (at the time of pickup) that they did not have furniture pads available at that location. Instead, I was given a bundle of PAPER sheeting "free of charge" as though that was a comparable substitution to furniture pads. If your customer orders furniture pads and they are not available at that location - GO GET THE FURNITURE PADS at another location! Don't surprise the customer by telling them they are not available and waiting until the customer arrives for PICK UP to inform them! This reservation was made a week in advance so there was plenty of time to assure more order was fulfilled and instead your team chose to do nothing. Personnel was very pleasant but acted as though the remedy they provided with the paper sheets was suitable. I'm very dissatisfied that I was left without the needed resources.

MICHAEL JHad to first go to truck, then back to office for keys, then back to truck in a large lot. Logistics could be better. But overall good experience for mobile truck rental.
John OTruck’s ignition was so hard / tight, and with the small Key Head, it kind of required two hands to turn on the truck. But other than that overall experience was good with Facility, Truck and Facility Associates. I’ll recommend it to others.
