The truck and service was great. The only problem at all was the passenger side windshield wiper was not attached properly and it poured with rain my entire drive. When I pilled the wiper arm away from the windshield to clean it the wiper blade came off. If the windshield had been cleaned before I picked it up this would have been discovered. Luckily it stayed on from the pressure of the arm against the windshield. Other then that the truck was new and amazing and efficient.

You charged me $62.00 for gas that would have cost me maybe 20, because out in the country it was a long ways from gas station and I had to get there. That is ridiculous after charging me $ 190 to move 48 miles. Definitely overcharging me and your customers. Wtf happened to $19.95 a day? I should get a refund.

Prices. You guys can’t quote someone a price and then when they return the items it’s a whole other amount. It’s misleading and unfair. In this day and age I believe everyone including companies should do everything they can to please their customers. Starting by not over charging. I’m speaking about U-HAUL as a whole. Not this location. They were very kind people!

I've rented trailers and tow dollies from here over a dozen times in the past 3 years. Outstanding!!! Fast, courteous and prepared is all I can say. Great experience.

Read above comments. Put keys in drop box before we knew we had to turn the ignition back on again together a reading of the fuel and odometer. No one told us prior that we would need to do that

The App didn’t work properly. It doesn’t let you to upload the photos. It took us like 30 mints and we had to call U-Haul customer service. We have to use the website on Chrome in order to do it.

I don't think an improvement is needed. I would like to say both young ladies that assisted us were very professional. The first lady at the start of our rental answered all our questions and told us everything we needed to know. The lady at the end of our rental was just as helpful asked us if we had any issues while we had the rental van, thanked us and told us good bye. Thank you for all the assistance.

The rental location was fine where we drop the truck off. However, we reported a huge problem with the truck and not the axle the front the back we’re not in alignment and the truck was basically driving at an angle and extremely bumpy. We’ve rented these trucks multiple times it was a 26 foot U-Haul. This truck was very rough riding and we even had people on the road coming up to us and telling us that the truck was crooked when Lady got out of her car and ran up to the door and knocked on the door to tell us that the truck was crooked. I reported this when we returned the track and then I followed up with a call to Customerservice to make sure that something was being done about this truck And there was no incident report filed by the person that we reported this to when we turned the truck in which is very disturbing to me because this could be a very dangerous situation and could cause an accident and possibly a deadly accident! There seems to be no concern for the safety of your renters only that you get every nickel and dime for a late fee, or anything that we do wrong.

The U-Haul was okay . It had some bad shaking while driving it . It was clean on the inside, but overall it was okay . They are very nice people we have rented from them multiple times . I would recommend them to family and friends

The lady who helped me with checking out my truck was very friendly, knowledgeable and asked me if there was anything else I needed before I left. She also said that if there were any problems whatsoever to call her and she'd take care of it. My only complaint is the truck was given to me with only about 1/4 full tank of gas. This is the first time I've received a rental that didn't have a full tank of gas. Other than that everything was great.

Associate was very helpful throughout our contract. She even contacted me before I told the office I moved out to see if I wanted to continue storing there. I found this storage place as a great place to store my boat. I signed the contract the next day and was hoping to have my boat there the next day, but I told the manager that many times I come in late at night from the lake and I needed 24-7 access. They wanted to charge me $15.00 extra for that which doesn’t cost them a red cent. I told them I was not paying $180.00 a year more and they would not budge, so I told them to cancel my contract. Very disappointing and bad customer service. I’m surprised they didn’t have a fee for my vehicle being black.

I had my belongings there over 6 yrs and seemed safe and secure. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the door for the first time after 6 years but I didn't expect it to stay perfect either. Everything got kinda dusty and dirty but what can you expect, the units are outside...but it all stayed dry as far as I can tell which is all I cared about. Very nice people. Only thing I wished is that there was trash cans or dumpster available so I could have thrown some stuff away and more lights would be good but overall it's a great place...secure...many cameras...wide aisles with plenty of room for the biggest U-Haul trucks to get around and staff was great... highly recommend and would use again!

I rented 2 parking spots for my trucking business to store my trucks every day after the drivers finished running. We are in the gravel and sand business, so we needed a place to park every night and all weekend. This facility is perfect for this! However, if you are a small business and are forced to do your own maintenance and repair, they do not allow this type of work to be done on their lot. The facility is well lit up front where the buildings are but toward the back where trucks park the lighting is practically non-existent. Security was great with the entrance gate being code access and we paid for the 24/7 access due to our operating hours so this was a huge benefit for us and the way that we operate. Location is great and the office staff that I dealt with were EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, I would just encourage people to make a plan for maintenance, cleaning, and repair of your rigs if for whatever reason you do that yourself.
