My reservation was to drop off at the 4425 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018 location however they refused to take the trailer despite having a reservation. They made me find a different location to return to. It was incredibly frustrating. They made it sound like I should’ve not made the reservation online. Thankfully the Cresent Springs location took the trailer despite not having a reservation for it.

This is my second rental in less than two months and I have been very pleased with both experiences. I can't imagine renting from anywhere else!

This location is excellent. The customer service is fantastic. Uhaul should require all of their locations to be as good as Buttermilk Pike Self Storage.

I could not have been more pleased with the friendly, courteous service I received scheduling and picking up the rental. I am going to need to rent another truck in the near future and I know that this is the location I wand to deal with. They were fantastic!!

The female employee was late opening office , Took her time getting out of truck to turn on lights and unlock doors of business that should’ve already open. There was 3 cars waiting to be helped with 9am reservation behind mine. It was well after 9 am by time my rental was on the road. She was very rude to myself and other customers waiting as we asked questions about our rentals as we waited for her to turn on computer. . I would not have someone like her working my front desk dealing with customers.. family business or not. Which she made clear.. so assume she’s the family. Would not recommend this location. This is second time I have dealt with her so it seems to be a pattern. Avoid.. very unfriendly and rude business practices. Hope they address the issues for future rentals for other customers.

Honestly, I would not recommend any uhaul. The charge for them having to record the mileage you used, actually having to down load an app on your personal phone. Is asinine.

John and Catherine are splendid on-site managers who deliver that personal touch so often locking in climate controlled storage facilities. I’ve use them on three occasions now and would gladly use them again in the future. They are exceptional to work with.

My first problem was that I had to go to a separate location to get my van. My original location was less than a mile from where I would be using it. I was reimbursed $50 for the inconvenience, but it added too much travel time. Once I got the truck loaded and started on my journey across town, the engine light came on and never went off. This, of course, added the stress of not knowing if I was going to get to my destination. I kept an eye on the temperature gauge and was on alert the entire ride, making the trip more stressful. When I finally arrived to check the van back in, the App would not load my location. After waiting several minutes, I finally had to go to Uhaul.com to check-in. The 15 minute check-in took me over 30 minutes.

Picked up the rental with 65 miles to empty on the gas gauge and dropped off with 75 miles to empty on the gas gauge, but was charged $37 extra to add 2 gallons of gas after drop off

The representative told me at the time of reservation that it was a 24 hour renal period. When I showed up they told me it needed to be back before 9 am. If the truck wasn't available for 24 hours then you shouldn't mislead a customer.

Everyone was great and super helpful. We had an inside unit and it was perfect. I would totaly consider an inside unit if possible. No matter the weather we pulled right up and accessed our unit in a temp controlled building.

This is a family owned and operated business. They treat you like family, too. Always helpful, friendly and professional. Security is excellent. One time they called us to say we hadn’t properly locked our unit. We were on our way out of town, so they put a lock on it for us until we returned and secured it ourselves. Entire place is really clean all the time. Had a storage unit for 13 months. Never saw a bug. Price stayed the same. Used autopay which made it easy. Will go back to them any time we need storage and will recommend to all our friends.

The main lady was rude as can be when she told me a 30ft enclosed trailer would fit in a parking and it actually sticks to far out and someone is going to hit it. After calling and telling her we’re not going to take the spot and what about a refund. She told me I didn’t give a 30 day notice and won’t be getting a refund. Our trailer was never parked there and just about a week from signing up for this “makeshift parking spot” of course made me angry makes her demeanor was already negative so I asked to speak to a manager because I was done with her mouth and was told no you can’t speak to a manager, don’t call back and hung up on me. Never will a recommend this place.
