JOHANNE ARéservation prévue à 9h et l’employé est arrivé à 9h40 j’ai perdu une heure pour mon déménagement. J’aimerais un dédommagement svp. Le camion avait des déchets de la location précédente et j’avais 2 diables au lieu de un dans le camion j’avais celui d’un autre client. William BI had some communication with the person responsible for the return of my truck. I had to extend the custody of my truck because there were only two of us to move when what was planned was 4 people for the move. I called U-HAUL (a 1-800 number) on sunday the first at 2h58 pm and the person I spoke to mentioned that I only had to pay a single amount of 45 dollars in total for the coming week. Afterwards I spoke with the person in charge of U-HAUL where I dropped the truck off. I was asked to move it back between two trucks, which was not an easy task. The person in charge was supposed to be there in person but only his brother was there and he knew nothing about renting a truck at UHAUL, he knew nothing about UHAUL.. I was promised many things in terms of discounts. I spoke to the supervisor of the person in charge and he promised me a $50 discount on the next rental. This was never done. So nice promises, dirty truck, no representative. I had to take pictures of the odometer to send him my mileage by text message. And through our exchanges that beautiful and good words as that they were going to give me the best of the services, but the actions did not follow. I am very disappointed. Sincerly, André Hallé

Stephane JI arrive at 08:00 as per my reservation, the door was locked. I did wait 15 minutes, without anyone comming. I did look at the sign it was saying it was closed today. I did return to home and look at the reservation it was 08:00, I did check Google "Shop open at 08:00". Finaly I find a random cellphone on the U-Haul website. "Oh we open at 10:00". Seriously? Not a single place has the decent time and everyone was waiting for moving furniture. When I finaly return the truck, they complain about missing a little bit of fuel. Did I charged by time wasted and my personnal fueld wasted cause they can't update correct their openning hour? Did they pay my 6 friend waiting like moron for 1h30? While I am complaining, the guy literally took 20 minutes to give me the key. When I did return the key the lady took so long that I had to check what the hell was happenning. She was taking fuel photo in an angle so it appear worst than its actually is. Waste of time I will never go there again and I will never use an unofficial U-Haul.
