kimisha RobertsI could not fill up the yruck because it has a gas line leak. When I was at the gas pump filling the truck, gas started pouring on the ground. I looked under the truck and it seems the Jose clamp for the gas line may be loose.
Peter MayhewThe lady was nice and respectful and told me to save my gas receipt and they will all be reimbursed under the flat rate fee I left the truck with more gas than what I received it in and was asked why didn't I put a full tank of gas in the truck but when I received the truck it was just above a quarter of a tank of gas and the dude argued with me about how much gas was in the truck he also did not reimburse the gas like the lady said they would. Definitely would not recommend this place for U-Haul.

PETER BURTComputer glitch at drop off. Spent about an hour trying to figure out how to return the truck and return the keys. Finally called another U-Haul and they explained that the whole system was down. Would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a number posted for such problems.

Samuel GalvezIf you are picking up a vehicle there is no parking area to leave your car except for across the street in the Target parking area which is up the hill and around the corner. This alone will deter me from using this location, it gets extremely hot this time of year. The attendant Fred was extremely nice by letting me park behind the gates in the storage area for my short rental.

Henry RamirezI did have a problem and that is I was charged twice. One the full amount and the second the estimated amount. I called and reported the issue and never received a call back as I was told I would. I am now filing a dispute and this lack of service has me questioning whether to rent from you again. The location and their employees were great.
Rennie AtanacioTruck was clean, no issue there. But while we were driving, there was exhaust smell the entire time, requiring us to roll our windows down in the rain. Also, radio would mute for a few minutes or volume would ramp up.

CRYSTAL PUMPRUCKI filled the truck with 3 gallons at the gas station next door when I returned the truck. I was then charged 2 gallons of gas extra once the final receipt was processed. I only drove for 48 miles. Will not rent from this location again. I advise everyone to verify the tank percentage from the contract it is not accurate to what you’ll actually have on the truck.

Richard KubelMy review is for UHAUL and the lack of providing excellent customer service. As a CUSTOMER we select a specific location for a reason! My rental location of choice was Riverside and was given a 1 day notice during my work hours, so attending to this matter immediately was not possible. I called Saturday morning and after being placed on hold and given different numbers to call, speaking to 5 diffident representatives NOTHING WAS RESOLVED! This past weekend my move was a stressful move, created hardship. This was all caused by the time constraints I had and because of UHAUL not providing the truck at my selected location, I had to drive over 30 miles away having to deal with traffic caused a major delay. The truck that was given had damage all around, it was dirty inside and out, the equipment was not provided inside the truck.the brakes were bad and it pulled while making a lot of noise. I wasted 2 hours on travel and picking up this truck at a DIFFERENT LOCATION that was not at all convenient. NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY UHAUL STAFF. They just blame one another and nothing gets resolved.

richard montalvoI went to the corona location off of 6th st first and they held a 15’ truck for me 7 miles away. I went there and they had already rented the truck to another couple. I drove back to 6th st and told them. The gentlemen told me I then had to drive to Fontana to pick up another truck. I told him that is not an option since I would endure way to many needless miles. He was rude and said that’s all they have. This is after he did not fulfill his first truck. I ended up having to call uhaul and reserve another truck the next day, which put me a day behind on moving. Very disappointed with the 6th st location. My Sunday experience was much better. In the future I would appreciate uhaul to provide better service when it comes to reservations.

Corry SheddBetter locks where the keys are because it was a little difficult to retrieve the keys. We flagged down a staff member and he even had difficulty opening the lock. Uhaul could somehow make the mobile pick up faster. It took way longer than in person pick up.
