Benjamin KContactless wasn’t contactless! Maintenance error message blocking me from viewing the mileage so I was charged MORE than I should of been due to not being able to see it. They were aware of the issue as well when I mentioned it to them after I received the wrong key to the truck I had assigned when I brought the wrong key on for the right key
Amanda RI specifically denied the 14$ insurance I was going 2 miles away and was charged anyway....also it had no ac....I'd like my 14$ back I also returned it with more gas than it had and was still overcharged...3152835877 I expect a call
Kari HMake sure the truck is clean and the person is trained on how to rent out the vehicles. It also took her a long time to actually do the paperwork and get the truck to us which added time to our move!
