I had reserved the van online. The reservation and check in process was generally smooth. Only one issue arose related to the driver's licence. My license was already in the system and updated but still I had to upload pictures of the licence. This took unnecessary time to check-in. The vehicle was not delivered with full gas tank. That creates more guess work to fill the tank for the checkout.
Jemi B.The Dolly I booked was broken and despite putting fuel for $100 while using only $30 worth of it, these guys charged me another 119 over the already 60ish I had paid. Don't recommend at all. Will never deal with uhaul again.

Niddhi S.Fist they could not use the credit card on file. They asked for cash. But later after I said I don't wanna go to an ATM and withdraw cash, they used my credit card (physical) and it worked. They gave me keys to a 10ft van, and I told them I reserved a 15ft truck and I need that. They called someone to confirm something, after that they gave me the key to the 5ft truck. Was not this clear on the reservation? I asked if there is a dolly in the truck, as I reserved one and needed one. They were not sure and they said we don't have one in the store, if there is not one in the truck. I told that is why I requested one since I needed one. If you can not provide and seem not to care this is not good customer service. There should be an option for store who cannot provide accessories to no allow customer to select accessories during reservation. The truck cabin had this distributing body odour smell. I had to let the windows down so I can get it. The back of the truck looked clean when I took it but there was this paint like smell when I opened the door. I could not figure what was that smell at the beginning. But when time came for loading I learned the hard way. For some reason there was a decent amount of oil-like residue on the truck bed. The worse part was it was so slippery that I had to clean it for 30mins before I could step on it without sliding. This was very dangerous. Overall, the truck should be looked at cleaned between uses. I did not like the not caring customer service attitude.
EHSAN S.I originally booked the U-Haul with 260 Queen St E, Brampton, ON L6V1B9 location, but they gave my reservation to someone else without even notifying me and did not even pick up my call. I would like to give the worst rating because of this experience and could never trust U-Haul's service.
SAGAR D.EVERY THING WAS GOOD EXCEPT ONE THING. I was supposed to pay 33 cad . instead i got bill of 38 cad. not sure why. 33 cad was including tax. i might be wrong.
