I do not like the fact that because I was paying in cash. My price changed from $468 to $523. I asked why it was is so much more. And i was told its because I'm paying with cash. They told me. I had to make a $100 deposit which that was a lie. And I had to pay a sixty dollar deposit

Todd PThis whole experience with u haul in OKC was a big mess. First was told to go to del city to drop off the trailer then when I arrived to the first drop off location that was in the system for me. The owner told me to take the trailer somewhere else that he was no longer accepting UHAULS. Called customer service to find a location that was open to drop off the trailer since I paid cash I wanted to get my deposit back. I was transferred to 6 yep I did say 6 different customer service reps that did not know or said was not their job to change the address. When I got to the new drop off location the location tried to charge me another 60 dollars for dropping off the trailer at the wrong location. Had to call customer service one more time so this is number 7. I was then told by the customer service rep that she would not be able to change the drop off address after being on the phone for 2 hours already. Then was told I had to come back to this location on Tuesday to drop off my trailer and pay for a additional day of service, at this point i was so angry. After going back and forth with the rep on the phone we agreed to drop off trailer and I would have to come back 2 days later due to christmas to get my deposit back. So I waited the 2 days, called customer service again to update the drop off location and then came back on to location and the cashier did not know how to check in a uhaul. Once again I had to call customer service to assist the cashier to check in equipment. After 30 mins or so the rep on the phone was getting frustrated with the cashier and told her to close out of system and she would check in the trailer herself and to just give me the 60 dollar refund. Please do not call me for more details I have said my experience and that is that.
STEVEN FWhy when I cleaned and returned vehicle at 715 instead of 8 & it had no trash I cleaned it all out in the truck it says if u clean it I’ll get 25$ back idk false advertising
amber mThe lady that help us was rude. She coughed and did not repeat did not cover her mouth or attempt to turn her head. She didn't make sure the lights were hooked up properly. She made me wait at the counter while she finished the return paperwork and did not bother to tell us the final price. Very rude lady.
Richard WVery slow in attending. When returning tried to do an overcharge. Could not do the return in their equipment. Did on my mobile device and informed personal. They informed me it would not be admitted. When completing return on my own device and showed it was completed personal said nothing but ok.
