The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. The only thing that I would say that could be improved is if you could start off with a full tank of fuel, then when you reach your destination you just have to refill the tank. It's hard to judge how much fuel that you will use. Overall, this was my first time to rent a U-haul truck and my experience was great. I would advise first time users to check out several trucks before you decide which one to rent. There is a big difference between a 26 foot truck and a 20 foot. The twenty foot was much less intimidating for a first time driver even though I have pulled small horse trailers.

Debbie MWe had to drop off after hours. We left the key where it said to leave it, and also where we have left it before, yet they called us because they couldn't find the key (they then did find the key). They also said we were 20+ miles over on milage and would be charged for it. We literally did the exact same rental 3 weeks ago and were not over the milage then so we are unsure why we are this time?

Mary CGreat customer service. The truck we rented did not have A/C was the only downfall, but we were informed when we arrived to pick up the truck. This was the only truck they had of its size so we had no choice but to take it. They compensated by letting us use an appliance dolly at no charge. Would highly recommend this location other wise.
