Jacqueline TMade a reservation online for lock box pick up prior to store hours. I was never sent the code to acquire the key that was indeed in the box. So I waited for the store to open to get the truck. Once I had the truck I was told the rented equipment should be inside the truck. None of it was. Seems some better planning could be done on behalf of this location.

tom jMy experience was awesome! The lady was so nice and helpful. She gave me all my options and went over everything and made sure I had a dolly and anything else I needed. The uhaul was new. It was clean and I have to say for a 13 hour drive it drove smooth and was a very pleasant drive for what I was expecting!

They have always provided and made sure I've had what I needed and or asked for. I always just use this location. I never have a problem, never.

THOMAS PGreat service. Vehicle was fine except when we went to fill it up, it turned out then gas fill line had some restriction and it would not allow the gas nozzle to fill at full rate. Took 15-20 minutes to fill the tank up. Probably the reason it was only 1/4 full when we picked it up. This needs to be fixed on that vehicle. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Karl BDrove 4 miles in-town and was charged $15.75 for 4 gallons of fuel! Fuel gauge didn’t even move. WTH?
Mike LFilthy truck. Bait and switch from your local dealer. Overcharged from original estimate by about $500 as the sleaze crew at Hannan street uhaul place who kept cancelling contracts so they could make more money off of "dynamic pricing". You are going to get sued.

Jesse FI tried the app pick up because I needed to pick up some furniture at 9am. The app did not work so I ended up waiting for the store to open at 9am. So I was late. The truck was dirty and only 3/4 full of gas. They charged me $20 for cleaning and &10 for extra gas although I brought it back exactly where it was when I left.
Lisa NTruck was dirty inside and out. Right rear tire only had 12 psi when I picked it up. I took it to a service station and filled it to 30 psi, by the end of my 4 hours ir was back down to 12 psi.

Robert BThis is the second rental in a month where moving blankets were not available. This time I received 1 dozen compared to the 2 I requested. Last time at a different location there were none. Mobile check in was difficult. A representative, Leah, was very helpful even when I was short and irritated - not with her but the process. She kept her cool and was sweet and helpful.

She made the rental so easy and enjoyable and is with out a doubt, the nicest person to deal with that I have ever encountered when renting a vehicle! She certainly should be commended for the way she treats customers and I am sure that she gets many return customers because of it. I cannot say enough about my experience with U-Haul and Beth Bradshaw and the asset she is for U-Haul!!
