Michael CDropping off the truck was also done after hours, but everything was made very simplistic and were able to drop off take photos and return the keys in a timely manner.
Sarah DThere was nowhere to park the truck or drop the key off. Sign was posed to slide the key under a door, but the key could be easily retrieved if someone wanted to steal it. While I was there after hours a lady pulled up and asked for the truck key. She was very frantic and not cordial. When I asked her who she was or if she worked here she just kept repeating “give me the key”. Since she would not identify herself, I did not give her the key or leave the truck until she left the property. After I dropped the truck off Sunday afternoon, it was very difficult to get a receipt. But finally over 48 business hours later I received one. Uhual switched me to this location for drop off without notice and I find that very unprofessional as well.
Jordan BGreat experience picking up the rental at A Taste of Summer. They went over all of the details of the rental and even helped hook up. If/when I need another rental I will be booking again with A Taste of Summer.

Daniel LIf you have the right address to drop off the truck would of been very helpful, the place you get the paperwork done is one place pick up the truck is down the street. Very confusing.

John sPick up location was different than listed on the website. Communication was through a third party. Equipment was damaged and no instruction was given on how to use. Ultimately the equipment failed and was unable to be used. Would not recommend this location or this specific equipment

Leo GThe drop off location is completely self-service, using the UHaul app It is down the road from the main business ( a market) that runs it. Would have been nice to have had someone’s assistance. I was challenging trying to back the trailer into a spot.
